“Had some issues to be honest. Items delayed, and when they came they seem to be missing aspects of the product like the jumbo box topper cards with BIT, but because they’re TCG and packs have been opened, they can’t easily be returned”

“Considering that my items both sold out while I was buying them and that I love overseas I had given up hope that I would get them. But I had clear communication from the Zatu customer support team, and somehow they managed to fulfill the order even though the item is still sold out everywhere! Absolutely great experience, and I will be shopping with them again for sure!”
