“Lies about prerelease dates. Website says clearly product prerelease is 25th August. Talked to customer services today (24th), their supplier doesnt even get it until September, because theyre part of the wave 2 release date. Could never have got it on release day.”

Hello there, Thank you for your review. The 25th August date shown on our website was the release information available to us for Daggerheart: Hope & Fear and was not intended to mislead customers. Release dates for pre-order products are based on information supplied to us and can unfortunately change depending on when stock is made available through our distribution channel. We were that we would not be receiving our stock as part of the initial release and that it would instead arrive at a later date. We appreciate that this is frustrating, particularly where you were expecting the game for release day, and apologise that the information shown when you ordered was no longer accurate. We have since updated the information on the product page. I am unfortunately not able to see the order this is in reference to. “I've ordered from Zatu Games before and everything was ok. This time, they shipped my two expensive puzzles in a huge box with very little protection. The shipping box arrived torn with slashes in it, crushed, and, as a result of poor packing, one of my puzzle boxes was also damaged. For what I was charged for shipping, the puzzle should have been packed better. Very disappointed”
