“I discovered Zatu Games this time last year from a recommendation by a friend who's a regular customer. I bought 2 Jamaica Board games as gifts. They arrived quickly and well packaged and I paid a good price compared to other retailers offering the same product. This year I had a bit more of a challenge as I wanted to buy the game Coffee Roaster for a relative in a Nursing Home in Ireland. I wasn't sure how to pay the customs duty. Amy, from Customer Services came to the rescue. I gave her all the details and she did everything for me all I had to do was pay. Amy replied quickly and set up everything efficiently. “I placed an order for 6 boardgames at once during black Friday sales. But kept getting an error on their website although payment proces went perfectly through my bank app (master card). My order was left on "awaiting payment" status, with no options for me to try and complete payment even though I wanted to. After 3 days of mailing back and forth with customer support, it saddens me to know that my order was cancelled and the problem couldn't be fixed in another way. I tried several times that Sunday to pay for the order, but getting those error on the website was out of my control. I've suggested ideas in order to still pay for what I ordered and therefore shown my good will, but I got no positive outcome in return. That Sunday I was tempted by the black Friday sales and made a mentionable order, but the error got in the way of getting a good deal. Now the deals ended and my order got cancelled, I'm left with a disappointed and sad feeling. This was not a great first introduction with the Zatu Games website to say the least.”
