“I have always ordered from Zatu. And I can't believe i have never reviewed this company. All of my orders have always arrived on time and in excellent condition. The staff I have spoken to are always nice and helpful. The prices are the best I have seen online, which is great when buying items which are notoriously expensive. I never have that problem when purchasing from Zatu. Perfect as always! Thank you”

“Ordered a set of Pokemon tins. Understand the demand is high at the moment but wrong tin was sent. I asked about swapping and I had to return the tin that was incorrect then wait for that to get back to the warehouse before a replacement could be sent but they couldn’t guarantee they could get me a replacement so I just sold the tin elsewhere and brought from another supplier.”

To clarify, once this issue was raised, we provided you with a free returns label so the item could be sent back to us at no cost to yourself. In cases like this, especially with Pokémon products, we do require the item to be returned and received by our returns team before issuing a replacement or refund. “I have recently purchased Core Space, plus an expansion, was very pleased with packaging and speed of delivery, so l then purchased Maladum, followed by an expansion, again was very pleased with speed of delivery and packaging, have since purchased some extras and it didn't matter large or small, the service was impeccable, also l noticed that the prices were often the lowest out there. So more than pleased to leave a recommendation for this store, and thank you.”
