“Quick response, immediately sent upon payment. No problems with the site whatsoever. The product was perfectly packaged. Once I opened it, a beautifull neoprene player mat unfolded on my table. We started playing as soon as we had a chance”

“This review is if buying outside of UK. They didn't have fill in all the informations correctly for the IOSS for the customs fee, so I had to pay 5 euro for customs/handling fees in my country. After I contacted them, they said they couldn't return my money, even thought it's part of their fault.”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’d like to clarify the situation regarding your delivery and the fee you were charged. Your order was sent under the IOSS scheme, and the IOSS information was completed correctly. This means that VAT was paid at checkout and no additional duties or import taxes were charged on arrival. The €5 fee you were asked to pay was not a customs duty or tax, but a handling/administration fee applied by the local courier or customs authority in your country. These fees are not covered by IOSS and are outside of our control. As outlined in our terms and conditions, while we operate under IOSS to make international deliveries as smooth as possible, any additional fees imposed locally, such as handling or processing charges, are the responsibility of the recipient, and unfortunately we are not able to reimburse these. We understand that unexpected charges are frustrating, and we’re sorry that this caused disappointment, but we can assure you that this was not due to an error in how your order was declared.
