The 48-hour service selected at checkout refers to the delivery service used once an order has been despatched, rather than a guarantee that the order will arrive within 48 hours of being placed. That said, your original estimated delivery window was 4th–7th August, and in this case we did experience a warehouse delay relating to the singles/foil items on the order. This meant the parcel was not despatched until 11th August, later than we would have expected. We apologise for that delay and for the confusion around the delivery timeframe. Once the order left us, it was sent using the service selected at checkout. “I loved the game and the art but it was very difficult to get into. The rules were written in a fairly complicated way and it took a lot of the time for me and my friends, who are all very experienced board game players, to figure out how to play. After we managed, it was great fun! Definitely worth it but still the rules could have been explained a little better in the rule book”

“What I ordered was the pack of Vampire the Masquerade dice. Honestly first off finding this company was a blessing. Normally I order dice off etsy and sometimes the critical role page because of the variety there is, but none of the VtM dice were either enough or under 70 euros. Friends, I think we can agree 70 euros for a total of 5-7 dice is a bit much when you just want a normal starter dice set. That being said, Delivery was handled so much better than any other UK order I've ever made, the dice are beautifu and exactly what I ordered, and I can't wait to start a Chronicle with my little group here!”

“Pretty great company. I've bought from them multiple times now, and been consistently impressed with their speed, efficiency, and when contacted with an inquiry in the past were most helpful. The only real complaint I could even begin to muster is that I greatly dislike their website redesign, and that's quite irrelevant to the service itself.”
