“I placed my first order with Zatu, buying multiple games to maximize my value before the customs threshold. Unfortunately, several of the game boxes arrived broken. I did exactly as their policy requires: I sent an email with clear photos of the damage. Since then, it has been total radio silence.[1] I’ve followed up for clarification, but they have completely disappeared. It is incredibly frustrating to be a new customer, spend a significant amount of money, and then be ignored when the products arrive damaged. I expected much better service for a first-time buyer.”
