“Good choice of games, but my order was dispatched a week later than initially told with no explanation from Zatu despite me emailing to ask for information re the delay. The package was then supposed to be delivered by Evri, who claimed to have delivered it, but hadn't. I contacted Evri and Zatu and unsurprisingly got nowhere with Evri. Fortunately a person who the parcel was incorrectly delivered to offered to drive it over to my house. Not sure why we pay for delivery if you need to then arrange the delivery yourself. I suggest you don't use Evri if you want a better review and explain contact people to explain any delays in dispatching.”

Your order was delayed while stock was being transferred between our warehouses, but we appreciate that this was not clearly explained to you at the time. We are also sorry that Evri delivered the parcel to the wrong address. Although we began the non-receipt process when this was reported, we completely understand how frustrating it was to discover that the parcel had only reached you because another resident kindly brought it over. “I purchased the game Lacuna, and opted to pick up rather than have the game posted. Staff were very helpful. Signage could be improved on site. The game itself is for 2 people, although 4 could play as teams I think, it is easy to pick up and instructions are clear.”
