“Ordered on June 16th. The games were to be delivered between June 19th and 22nd. It is now June 27th and still not delivered. If you are in the US you may want to give Zatu a pass unless you are prepared for a two week wait.”

Your order was placed late on 16 June, despatched on 18 June, and delivered on 29 June. While delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, we appreciate that the timeframe shown in this case was too optimistic for an international delivery to the US. International shipments can sometimes be delayed by customs processing, onward handling, or the local delivery network, but we completely understand that this does not make the wait any less frustrating.
