Very quick delivery. No issues, packaged well

Pre order item delayed multiple times (not Zatu games fault) however the parts on the order that were not pre order arrived damaged, their resolution was either return the item (despite waiting months to receive) or a tiny partial refund. Other organizations would have just sent out a replacement. Made me feel I was being difficult due to an issue which wasn't my fault.

Book arrived damage and unusable. When contacting customer service with pictures, I was offered a partial refund for a book that was worthless. My other option was to jump through hoops to return it at my expense. They stopped responding to emails.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your book arrived damaged and understand how frustrating this must have been. When you contacted us, we outlined the available options in line with our returns policy. As we are not based in the US and do not have accounts with US couriers, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a pre-paid return label. However, we did advise that the item could be returned to our US depot, and that we would reimburse the reasonable cost of return postage once the item was received. In line with our policy, damaged items do need to be returned to us for verification, regardless of whether the item is still usable, before a full refund or replacement can be issued. A partial refund was offered as an alternative option should you have preferred not to return the item. We’re sorry if our responses did not meet your expectations or if there was any delay in communication, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Our records indicate that this review was made on 07/01/26 and we have responded to your emails twice on the same date. I spent £287.98 on a booster box It should have been better packaged. A single piece of paper was not good enough to keep my expensive item from getting damaged in post. I would still buy from them again but there is room for improvement.
