“Zatu delivered the (3x cheaper) expansion instead of the base game that we purchased. Zatu didn't answer our email sent 5 days ago. We went to whatsapp and chat channel and now Zatu is refusing to send us the correct game and, if we want to get the game (which was a birthday gift for a party that already happened) as soon as possible, we either need to PAY for the expansion we do NOT want OR return the game, wait for it to arrive in the UK and then wait for it to be delivered back in Ireland, where will be extra taxed because of the new EU law coming to effect next week. - The game was a birthday gift for a party that already happened and it was so embarrassing to have the birthday person to find out the mistake - Nobody answered the email we sent 5 days ago - we will need to make a new package, leave work early next Monday just to send this. Wait for it to arrive so we can get the new one send - we didn't order the expansion on purpose - and all of this headache is because of a logistic error in ZATU's side. Not ours Our group of friends that bought this gift are avid consumers of Zatu and we are finding this situation unbelievable. Not only we buy a lot board games and warhammer from your store, but we also get quite a few crowdfunding games that Zatu is responsible for fulfilling and we never had an issue like this. I personally had an issue with a damaged box and Zatu delivered a new game to me without any costs, but now, with a 25 euros expansion and an error on THEIR side, we will only lose money + handling the huge inconvenience Order #ZG721480”

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry that the incorrect item was sent and that your original email was not answered promptly. We completely understand the disappointment caused, particularly as the game was intended as a birthday present. When the issue was raised through our live chat, we offered to have the expansion returned at our expense and provide either a free replacement or a full refund once the return process had begun. As an alternative, we also offered the option of keeping the expansion at a substantial discount so that the correct game could be sent immediately. We are pleased that we were ultimately able to agree a 40% discount on the expansion and arrange for the correct base game to be despatched as a priority to the recipient’s address. We also confirmed that we would cover any additional customs charges arising from the replacement shipment. Although the matter was resolved amicably, we fully accept that the initial warehouse error and delayed email response caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
