“Disappointed that Zatu uses Evri for deliveries. Discovered it when the box landed with a thud on my doorstep, with crushed corners and a couple of holes torn into the sides. and not much packing inside to protect it. Won't use them again, back to my regular online gamestore who use Royal Mail.”

While Evri was selected for this particular delivery, we would like to clarify that Evri is one of several of the delivery options available at checkout. We also continue to offer both Royal Mail and DPD services, allowing customers to choose the courier that best suits their preferences. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we do not have control over how it is handled in transit, and damage can occasionally occur during the delivery process. We would not expect a parcel to arrive with crushed corners or holes in the outer box, and we're sorry that this was your experience. Hi there, Having reviewed the order, we can see that Inis: Nemed is a pre-order item which has not yet been released. This was stated at the time of purchase and is also reflected in your order confirmation email, which advised that the item would be dispatched upon release. As we have not yet received stock from the publisher, we are unfortunately unable to dispatch the item before its release date. We appreciate that it can be frustrating waiting for a pre-order, particularly when release dates change or are delayed by the manufacturer, but this is outside of our control.
