“Paid for next day and ordered within time. Order did not arrive until after 3 days. Was for my grandsons birthday! Raised a ticket, compensation of £1 after spending £100. No response to second ticket or follow up emails. Wont be using ZATU again. Issue with courier I get but ZATU still responsible for their 3rd party couriers.”

“Surprisingly long time for my order to be delivered this time (ordered on the 11th and it got delivered on the 30th). I suspect it's because some items needed to be back in stock although they showed 'in stock' on the website. My order was confirmed and I was given an estimated delivery in 2 weeks time. I'm used with Zatu to deliver in 2-3 days in the UK but not this time. Some explanation would have been welcome. Is it always going to be like that now? Or was it an exceptional circumstance? Luckily I was not in a hurry :) All arrived well and well-packed apart from that.”

“The packaging was atrocious! Whoever packed the box didn't bother to pack extra cushioning underneath or even on top of the game. I'm attaching a picture of the packaging. They put a strip of paper on the side of the game. That's all! The game cane with scratches on the front and, of course, a squished corner. What else would you expect of an overseas shipment shipped like this. Also the stickers around the lid were torn which means the game itself was opened. Never buying from you again!”

Many publishers have recently moved away from using cellophane in an effort to reduce plastic waste, and instead choose to use these adhesive seals. These can often sit in our warehouse for an extended period of time, so the adhesive in these seals can come loose over time, but this does not mean your game has been used or opened previously! We take extra care to ensure that all of the games we send out to customers are brand new and in the same condition as they arrived with us from our suppliers. “Packet arrived relatively fast with great packaging.I was extremely afraid of customs as im in EU but it went smoothly, even the courrier remarked how lucky i was to not get charged. 5/5 i would highly recommend and will use again.”

“I have the best experience ordering from Zatu Games. On my most recent email, I accidentally put the incorrect post code. This issue would have caused my boyfriends birthday present to be delayed by a week or so due to the challenge of contacting the courier. The Zatu team helped me get a new order out for next day shipping so I didn't have to stress. They are always super friendly and every game I have ordered has always arrived in great condition. “One star because 0 stars is not possible. The original order date was 29 Dec 2021. The games were delivered in June 2026.... That's 4 and a half years later. No apologies sent. No communication sent. Tell me Zatu Games, are you proud of this?”
