“The item arrived factory sealed and in excellent condition. The packaging was intact, and I am satisfied with the product itself. However, I would strongly recommend that ZATU consider using USPS or another reputable shipping carrier for future deliveries. This order was shipped via SpeedX, which has a very poor reputation among customers. Many community reviews rate SpeedX 1/5 stars, with frequent reports of false delivery scans, stolen packages, opened or damaged shipments, extremely long delays (sometimes several months), and customer support that is virtually impossible to reach. Since these are avoidable risks that can negatively impact customers, I hope ZATU will consider using a more reliable shipping provider in the future. Thank you.”
