“Good prices, and shipping was pretty fast for overseas. That said, could not get the payment to process with any Google browser, mobile, tablet, pc..nothing worked. After countless tries, almost gave up, but thought hey....why not use Brave, and guess what, it worked..anyway, the products where neatly packed and came undamaged like they should. All in good good experience, aside from the whole payment fiasco.”

“This review is if buying outside of UK. They didn't have fill in all the informations correctly for the IOSS for the customs fee, so I had to pay 5 euro for customs/handling fees in my country. After I contacted them, they said they couldn't return my money, even thought it's part of their fault.”

Your order was sent under the IOSS scheme, and the IOSS information was completed correctly. This means that VAT was paid at checkout and no additional duties or import taxes were charged on arrival. The €5 fee you were asked to pay was not a customs duty or tax, but a handling/administration fee applied by the local courier or customs authority in your country. These fees are not covered by IOSS and are outside of our control.
