“As a casual but enthusiastic gamer of forty plus years. I have seen great changes in the board game scene. Zatu games I feel are a top quality company in this golden age of gaming, providing excellent service of excellent products at excellent prices. I heartily recommend.”

“Prices are competitive and they usually have varied and good stock levels. Those are the only positive things I can say about Zatu. Customer service is basic level. If you have an issue, you'll be going back and forth while receiving generic and unhelpful responses. Completely unwilling to create any sort of positive experience. Order at your peril, because if you have an issue, it'll be unresolved and you'll probably end up pulling your hair out by the end of it!”

“This much-welcomed refresh of the Memoir 44 base game improves much while adding very little. I was after a second set so that I could play Breakthrough and Overlord scenarios, so getting a new set for less than many old versions sell on eBay was a no brainer. What’s new? A clearer rule book and six poker chip style tokens that are optional markers for movement. What’s improved? Much more detailed miniatures in harder plastic, with the faction colours now far more distinct. Axis and Allies each come in a user-friendly matchbox style box, making it far easier to pack everything away at the end of the game. Similarly, the box is larger with better slots for component storage. Overall, the dice, board and cards have a more luxurious feel to them, yet they’re all still similar enough to the original version that there’s no visual clash on the table when you mix and match. I’m really hoping they refresh the full range of extras since I never bought the Japanese army or the Air Power expansions. If they improve everything as much as they’ve improved this refresh, I’d definitely complete the full set without feeling the need to sell off my old pieces and replace them.”

“Appalling services. Ordered gifts before Christmas, arrived over a week late despite it being a 48 hour service because the company never bothered to take them to the post office citing that they were busy because they had too many orders. They told me they could courier them but again couldn't confirm when they'd actually send them and when I explained I was leaving the country, the guy I spoke to didn't care. Warning! My advise is stick to Amazon.”
