“Zatu has great prices! It was cheaper to buy it from them and ship it to the US than it was to buy from Amazon. And while it wasn't my local game store I was happy to support another game store elsewhere. Funny that my local game store is $30 more expensive than one a sea away. So very good! Order showed up late. Which isn't too surprising, the speedy delivery window seemed too optimistic for an international order (placed on June 29th and initial delivery window was July 2nd to the 4th, it showed up on the 8th). Also I'm not sure if Zatu did this or an intermediary, but the game (Catan) I ordered showed up with no packaging? Just 2 shipping labels stuck directly to the box that I had to verrrry carefully peel off for fear of tearing/damaging the cover art. It did have some brown paper remnants stuck to the labels, almost like someone tore them off of packaging it did have, then put the label back on it. So that coulda been Zatu, Evri, SpeedX or US Customs.. I dunno, so I put it at a 4 lol. Or this is a UK shipping method my US self is unfamiliar with XD? But other than one corner of the games box being kind smooshed a tiny bit, it did show up in good condition somehow! Picture of how it showed up delivered.”

“Don't buy stuff that isn't next-day delivery. They really need to revise their shipping policy. I ordered 4 games to play with my kids, and I threw in a small expansion that was on offer. They sent me a 2-week timeline, which was ok for me. But now the two weeks have passed, and they tell me the whole shipment is being held because they don't have that small expansion, and to contact them again in 5 working days if I still don't receive any updates. It is not my fault that they can't keep their end of the deal because they want to save on shipping.”

“The games were available at an affordable price, especially compared to other retailers. However, I did have to email them after the estimated delivery date had passed and the games were still not shipped yet. Once prodded, they replied a few days later & the games were shipped off and I received them in good condition. So overall a decent experience, but not a seamless one.”
