“Items packed very poorly, a container of static grass completely broke open, the entire box of items was filled with static grass. The packaging of the team yankee miniatures also broke, causing most of the miniatures to fall out, luckily none were missing.”

As this is an international shipment, parcels do go through multiple stages of handling, and unfortunately damage in transit can occasionally occur. That said, we understand how frustrating it must have been to receive your items in this condition, particularly with the static grass container breaking open and affecting the rest of the contents.
