“Worse service ever experienced. I have 2 orders that have not been dispatched for 2 weeks and 1 week respectively despite no indication that there were any delays and all items showed as in stock when I ordered. Contacted them and they said items are still on the way to their main warehouse. How come for “in stock” items to take more than 2 weeks to get to your warehouse?”

We understand how disappointing it is when items showing as in stock do not progress as quickly as expected. In some cases, stock is held across multiple locations or is in transfer to our main warehouse, which can result in delays before an order is ready to move forward.
