“The email communications were unclear, and I did not receive notification that my order was ready for collection. I had to submit a support ticket, and the lack of confirmation upon submission was unhelpful. A response was finally received three days later. Collection was directed to the gaming center, despite the website indicating shop collection. Fortunately, the shop was open and provided directions to the gaming center, which, while not difficult to locate once known, could be challenging for unfamiliar customers. I recommend enhancing the website's clarity and mapping for click-and-collect orders.”
