“Ordered Railroad tiles & Canals expansion in December 2025 with delivery expected early January then given no feedback that the expansion wasnt actually available so chased numerous times and not given an answer so eventually, after 6+ months I cancelled the expansion and eventually received the tiles boardgame.”

“Have ordered a few items now and sadly the service has always been slow. My last order didn't ship for 12 days and only got sent because I enquired on the order status. It was then sent on a slow service with Evri. I understand that in the world of next day with Prime etc we have all got used to having things quickly and that not all companies can match that, but 16 days for an item that was "In Stock" is not good enough”
