“I've ordered from Zatu Games before and everything was ok. This time, they shipped my two expensive puzzles in a huge box with very little protection. The shipping box arrived torn with slashes in it, crushed, and, as a result of poor packing, one of my puzzle boxes was also damaged. For what I was charged for shipping, the puzzle should have been packed better. Very disappointed”

This is not how we would expect your puzzles to be packed or delivered, particularly where the outer packaging has arrived significantly damaged. We haven’t received any contact from you regarding the damage, so unfortunately we haven’t yet had the opportunity to put this right. Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry for the delay with your order. The 48-hour service selected at checkout refers to the delivery service used once an order has been despatched, rather than a guarantee that the order will arrive within 48 hours of being placed. That said, your original estimated delivery window was 4th–7th August, and in this case we did experience a warehouse delay relating to the singles/foil items on the order. This meant the parcel was not despatched until 11th August, later than we would have expected. We apologise for that delay and for the confusion around the delivery timeframe. Once the order left us, it was sent using the service selected at checkout. “I loved the game and the art but it was very difficult to get into. The rules were written in a fairly complicated way and it took a lot of the time for me and my friends, who are all very experienced board game players, to figure out how to play. After we managed, it was great fun! Definitely worth it but still the rules could have been explained a little better in the rule book”
