“Usually love Zatu but a bit disappointed in them this time as my game came with missing pieces and Zatu pointed me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer pointed me back to Zatu. They suggested returning the whole game but have unboxed it all to discover the missing pieces. I ended up buying spares from Etsy”

“Probably worst online buying experience I've had. Items turned up all smashed up. Partial refund was offered (and accepted) but still had to pay for the delivery that caused the damage. Then they didn't give the partial refund back like they offered. Try not to do any business with them. Customer service and the customer experience is not their priority.”
