“I placed an order for several board games on a Saturday and was impressed that Zatu dispatched the parcel the same day. The only slight frustration was that the courier (Evri) didn’t move the package until Monday, so the “next day delivery” didn’t apply over the weekend. That’s on me for not checking the details, but it’s worth knowing if you’re ordering on a Saturday.Overall, Zatu’s service was fast, well‑packed, and reliable; just be aware of courier timings if you’re hoping for Sunday delivery.”

“Completely messed up my preorder, I had to contact them when I hadn't even received shipping information by release day, they then spent over a week claiming they had sent it despite the tracking information they provided showing that neither FedEx nor Royal Mail had received the parcel from them. Eventually got a refund but by that point nearly everyone was out of stock and I had to pay extra to get a copy well over a week after it was expected. I will never preorder from Zatu again.”

We're sorry to hear that you never received your pre-order I can see that we dispatched this with our courier as soon as we receives our stock, however this never entered their network. This usually means the parcel has gotten lost at their local depot, and often when we open an investigation with them, they are able to locate the parcel and get that moving again! Unfortunately in this instance, it does look like they were unable to do so, and I can see this has now been fully refunded. “I bought Twilight Imperium 4th Ed. from Zatu Games and had the game shipped to germany. Delivery was fast and easy. The packaging was okay but I would have wished for a little more "cushion-material" in the package. Anyway, would buy from Zatu Games again.”
