“Worst international shipping experience, ordered something and have not received anything and the delivery team have the audacity to say there was an attempt to deliver, while not sending a message, a call, nor a email. I want my money back”

As this is an international order, the delivery is handled by external courier partners and local delivery services once it reaches your country. We are therefore not the delivery service and do not have control over how delivery attempts are carried out. According to the tracking information, a delivery attempt was made, however as no one was available at the time, the courier was unable to complete the delivery. The tracking details were provided to you upon dispatch, which allows you to monitor the parcel and make arrangements directly with the local delivery office. “So chuffed to have discovered Zatu Games, their prices are really competitive and the range of games is epic; so many games I couldn’t find anywhere else. Could not believe my forelock when I saw they had Black Mold — on sale! The dispatch time is always speedy too and the fact that you can earn points for buying the games you’d purchase anyway is a really cool bonus! My only qualm is that I didn’t know about Zatu Games sooner.”

“Good prices (even for EU based customers, in which they have to charge VAT), fast shipping, a wide range of titles, and many of them that don't really exist in the EU or are currently out of stock in the region. A true giant in the boardgame industry, as they know what they are doing. Also, having IOSS helps immensely for EU customers, as I don't have to deal with my own country customs clearance, which just means more headaches, more bureaucracy and more costs, essentially. I just hope the new EU regulations regarding foreign orders will not negatively impact us, the EU customers, and disable IOSS, for instance.”
