“The mega mystery box was very disappointing. I priced up all the games on the zatu website and it came to roughly £102 of value. The website said it would be worth £130 which that may be for RRP but i just feel like it's a loop hole for them to justify the contents. Would not recommend. The rest of the games I ordered were in good condition.”

As stated clearly on the product page, the Mystery Box contains products with a combined RRP value of over £130, while the Mystery Box itself is sold for £99. The valuation is therefore based on the manufacturers’ recommended retail prices rather than current discounted sale prices on our website. We understand that if you compared the contents against our current sale pricing, the value may appear different, however this does not change the advertised RRP value of the products included. I realised and dropped them an email, they replied quickly and corrected the address, and a couple of days later the items arrived correctly.
