“Zatu used to be great, but something happened. Twice they didn't send my pre-order, but they went to other people who ordered just like me. Aka sold more on their website that they had. Then there was a time when I ordered a highest tier of mystery box for over £100 and got games within that I could get from their website for half price. Disappointing.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent experiences. In regard to your pre-order, we can see that 2 of the 4 items on the order had released, however the remaining items had not yet been released at the time. As the order was placed together, we would dispatch the shipment once all items on the order were available rather than sending each item individually as it released. Regarding the Mystery Box, the product page clearly states that the value is based on the RRP value of the included items. This is the valuation guidance we use when building these boxes. While individual products may sometimes be discounted or placed on sale separately on the website, the Mystery Box valuation is not based on temporary sale pricing. “They have a lot of variety, and I don't think I could get games like these anywhere else in the UK. They offer a lot of sales and gifts for members, which is very nice. What I don't like is that when I try to buy something on backorder, it never gets sent, even when it's back in stock. The second thing is that it takes roughly a month for me to get a product delivered. So not bad but they could be better.”
