Hi there, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. However, we would like to clarify that your emails have not been ignored. We can see that our team have responded to your enquiries on multiple occasions regarding this order. Your parcel was dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, and the delays are occurring within the courier network rather than with dispatch from our warehouse. As advised previously, there are currently delays affecting deliveries to your area due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We have also already opened an investigation with the courier to determine whether the parcel is still in transit or has been lost. As with all courier investigations, we do reserve the right to complete this process before issuing a refund or arranging a replacement.
