“I am generally a fan of Zatu but was very disappointed by my last purchase. As I knew that I wouldn't be at home for a couple of days, I paid extra for a date shipping option that promised a delivery between the 5th and 8th of December. To my great dismay, I received a message that the package was only dispatched on the 10th, a week after I placed my order. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for the extra shipping cost, I was told repeatedly that their warehouse had a one week backlog and that delivery estimates were unreliable and should not be trusted, even pointing out that this was in their T&C's. While I understand that there may be delays to shipping, a week-long backlog should be included in the delivery prediction. Zatu is not acting in good faith when it provides delivery dates that it knows it cannot keep.”

“I found Zatu games when I was looking for a game not available in the United States. It was easy to see use prices and easy to navigate. I found the game I was looking for, and two others I couldn't find. Shipping was timely. One game was slightly damaged but coming from the UK, it looked handled roughly in transit. And then I had a very very special edition game not available here and it was packaged beautifully and no damage. Overall I was extremely satisfied and happy. I would order from Zatu without hesitation again.”
