“I ordered a game for Christmas present on the 3rd December still not recieved by the 16th December. I contacted Zatu said waiting to dispatch from other warehouse as dont hold at main dispatching warehouse. Emailed and called in the end cancelled order and received refund on order as not hopefully for Christmas. Ordered elsewhere and recieved in 24 hours. I am disappointed with service and will not use you again.”

“Reliable company with a wide range of board games an accessories. Products always arrive well packaged. Descriptions of games not always comprehensive - you need to research elsewhere for a better understanding of the game(s) and whether it is right for you. Generally well priced but a quick comparision online could save you a few pounds. Overall I like this company and will continue to use them.”
