“A good with website with a nice large catalog, lovely that they handle taxes so the package just goes thru and i get no extra bills. When you pu something in your basket it goes to your basket and that is a bit annoying, sometimes you put quite a feww things in and it would be nice with a quick ad option, which i hane't noticed if it is there.”

“Excellent price and dispatch time, however the padding in the packaging was terrible, which meant the box was mostly falling apart when it got to me. Please use a bit more guys, particularly on larger expensive items. Luckily there was no damage this time.”

“Zatu staff have always been very helpful until recently as my order was delayed 5 month waiting for a small add on but in the end it was not available and they then sent my order. Everything I phoned asking about delivery the time was put back, but on the final occasion there was no apology. The game did arrive well packaged and in a good condition.”

“Love the choice on Zatu, some great games with competitive prices and the percentage discounts are a nice touch with very simple postage pricing too. I regularly come back to Zatu and would recommend them but unfortunately the website can be super slow and unresponsive.”

“Great communication and dispatch time. Zatu are a really knowledgeable business to buy from. One point of recommendation I would suggest is to try and fix the websites server as it is incredibly slow and can sometimes be temperamental. It did cause one of my Orders to be lost and had to be reordered by one of your stuff. It meant that I did not receive any victory points for this order either. But, the zatu team are happy to help and I will continue to go to them for my board games!”

“Arrived quickly and in good condition. Shame the Orange Friday promotion had better offers at the end, feels like more loyal customers were penalised for supporting the promotion at the start. Lesson learned - will remember to ignore promotions until the final days in the future.”
