“Good prices, however delivery estimates could be clearer. Paid for upgraded shipping based on dates shown on website, and delivery didn't start to move until after the estimated delivery date - have used before and not had an issue. Website can also be a bit slow at times.”

“My husband is a table top games designer and Zatu is my go to place for buying his birthday and Christmas presents. I love how worried he looks when the distinctive box arrives but so far he has live everyone I have got him. The service is great and I've never had any problems with any order. I also love the black Friday deals, they make me look at games I've not considered before.”

“Cercavo una copia del manuale del giocatore in inglese con la variant cover. L'ho ordinata su Zatu Games perchè in Italia non si trovava più a prezzi umani. Ho voluto provare anche se alcune recensioni non erano positive ma pagando con paypal avevo una copertura aggiuntiva nel caso non fosse arrivato. Sono qui a scrivere questa recensione perchè dopo una settimana l'ordine è arrivato, tracciato perfettamente. Nessuna sorpresa in dogana o con altre spese alla fine ho pagato il manuale poco più del prezzo di copertina. Ho messo 4 stelle perchè l'imballo ha lasciato a desiderare, il manuale è arrivato con un angolo ammaccato e leggermente piegato. Colpa sicuramente dei corrieri e dei vari passaggi ma sapendo della spedizione internazionale avrebbero potuto confezionare con maggior cura il pacco. Per il resto ottima esperienza.”

“Ordered 3 games from Zatu. All went well. Good communication and games delivered safely. Delivery took longer than was stated, (ordered on 4th, due on 13th, delivered on 16th) but very happy with the products. Liked the videos showing how the game is played as this is very helpful when choosing a new game.”

“Item arrived very quickly and is as the sale image, exactly what I wanted. However, the delivery box/package is designed with the company logo - not good when item is a surprise gift for a member of the household. Would have given 5 stars if it has plain packaging.”
