“Always had good service and good deliveries from Zatu in the past. I expect I will in the future too. However I did for the 1st time order something that was on Back Order and the process had not been smooth. (Goods from supplier have gone to the wrong warehouse. Not Zatu's fault I know. Just more delays for me. I'm happy to wait of course, but I think next time I'll only order when items are in stock and never use Back Ordering again ! It just adds another layer of potential issues.)”

“Website was great no issues with them. Price was excellent process from start to finish good. Would recommend switching deliver suppliers away from yodel, only thing that spoilt the service for me. But Tiamat now has pride of place on my shelf!”

“Fast delivery it came a day early only problem was the box had zatu games all over it and my husband went to the door for it as it was a Christmas present for him that wasn't great. Definitely should be blank boxes around Christmas won't be making that mistake again”

“Very fast delivery from their side. Unfortunately the parcel arrived in Hungary 14 days later, because customes, brexit results. I have contact their customer service 3 times and they were fast and professional. I will buy again for sure, aware that I have to wait a bit more to get the game, but in the end here I find stuff I want at very fair prices.”
