Prices are fantastic, customer service does the job, but shipments are so delayed and Yodel is an absolute nightmare. Have had this problem before but currently have missing packages which are impossible to resolve; they’re very deceptive/false with tracking & deliver attempts. I used to only shop at Zatu and now I only do if the price warrants the frustration.

Items themselves good price and all okay. The issue was with the delivery service. It took two weeks to arrive, which thankfully wasn’t a problem as they were gifts and I ordered with plenty of time. However, it is that the website showed everything in stock, and that they aim to dispatch in 24 hours. When I checked several days later they said they had to get one item from another warehouse and to check again in another 3-5 days if it hadn’t been dispatched by then. I don’t mind the delay it’s the fact I had to check, rather than receiving anything from the company to advise that there was a wait. Would be good if communication improves. So overall, alright, but I won’t rush to use them again unless I know I have a good couple weeks before the items are needed.

Well, currently I had an order that was supposed to be delivered by Yodel that was "received" by someone who doesn't work in our building. I let Zatu know and I ordered a replacement item immediately and that, too, was "received" (according to Yodel) by a different person that, also, is not within our building. Basically, Zatu are fine, but their delivery company has, at best, mis-delivered two packages in a week which meant that I have a claim going through for reimbursement of two non-delivered items (the same item was ordered twice as it was supposed to be a gift). Zatu - fine Delivery company (Yodel) - terrible (Yodel says their driver's GPS was not working (on BOITH occasions) and they can't see where the driver actually delivered the two items. I have a claim going through them regarding the non-delivery)

Not as good as previously. Usually experience great, swift delivery. Had to be chased on this occasion and the product arrived too late for a birthday gift when ordered 10 days ahead.

My last order has been a disaster. The game was too big so the shipping fees I originally paid were not enough. My order has been put on hold. No message from Zatu to tell me it was put on hold. I had to check my orders and contact Zatu. After several mail exchange, I paid the extra fees. After paying, all the messages I sent haven’t been replied, the chat I had with Zatu was inefficient and my order was finally sent after one week of begging.

Game was cheaper than elsewhere but with the state of the box that it came in, not that great. The delivery driver said I could send it back and say it was faulty

As always, a good service from Zatu and competitive prices on games. My only disappointment is that once again I have missed out on their giveaways of free gifts by a day or two. Pre-warning of these promotions would perhaps be helpful, if I'm spending in excess of £100; regularly to not qualify through bad timing is frustrating and leaves a bit of a sour taste.

Brushes were sent in an over sized envelope and damaged as such. 1 brush sent without a protector as well! Hoping to get brushes replaced!

Difficult giving a score as they always deliver and always have stuff in stock. But their delivery is slower than everyone else and they charge a lot more for postage then everyone else. But often the price is no less. So I compare prices and if they are less I go there, otherwise opt for the wicket delivery.

I love zatu, the staff are polite, social media is interesting, prices are great, delivery hasn't been a problem yet. Subscription boxes are great especially if you're new to the board game hobby. Only 3 stars though The customer service is shocking, ages to reply to email online chat gives out wrong information speak to people on the phone and you always get the same fella who tends to tell your the wrong information. They don't read your issue they just don't seem to care.

Ordinarily I’ve been very satisfied with Zatu’s service. However my recent experience whereby I preordered an item and despite the item being stocked was distributed on a first come first served basis. Am still waiting for delivery four months on while the item apparently is going to be restocked.

If the game is in stock, I would rate Zatu a 5. However, on a pre-order item I would rate Zatu a 2. Friends of mine put an order with another supplier a week after I had placed a pre-order with Zatu and received it 3 weeks before me. Hence, I won't be placing any more pre-orders.

Quoted ship times are never accurate. Was given a date of arrival and the items didn’t ship until after that date. Once shipped it arrived with the appropriate delivery timeframe. Zatu needs to hnderpromise and overdeliver rather than the other way around, because all other bits of their service is really good

I ordered two games at very reasonable prices. However when the parcel arrived the box only had one game in it and there had been no mention of them coming in separate deliveries. I contacted Zatu to ask what had happened to the second game but to date I have not received a response. If I don't hear today I'm going to have to chase them up which is slightly annoying hance the three stars.
