“Great selection and prices. But beware, it is costly to return items (e.g. Christmas gift clash) as you would not only have to pay for return shipping, but have to pay an admin fee for the return. So check small prints before ordering.”

“Fast delivery, but everything was loose and sliding around in a large box. This resulted in some damage to a relatively expensive item. I also purchased a considerable number of one particular item and they would have been better protected had they not been removed from the manufacturer's outer case. This was disappointing and spoiled the experience.”

“After two months of investing, I decided to make my first withdrawal, but my account with over $160,000 was suddenly locked. I was told to contact customer service, but they have ignored my requests to withdraw. “Back order bad experience. No communication, I emailed after 3 months of waiting (estimate was 2 months) and item was sent the following day before a response to my email. Glad I got the item (and it's good quality as expected) but I don't think I ever would have received it had I not emailed and, considering payment is taken upon ordering not upon shipping, I don't think that's okay.”

“Had a bad experence the first time with the company not haveing the game and it taken weeks to get to me meaning it missed my parners birthday but I gave them another chance over Chritmas and they made up for it and get it sent out very fast.”

“Lots of games. Some are a bit over priced and I do not trust the "discounts" as prices are inflated to make it look like there is a discount when there is not. Also the site takes a really long time to load things.”

“The games are great and well priced as always! But the description for the white basic xbox controller is misleading, as it's the description for a different controller. I thought it was wireless but turned out to be wired.”

“Despite being advised my order would be received on the 13th November, it still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed twice and been told it is in the other warehouse but little seems to be done to get the order dispatched. Been told it will be sent a soon as possible but no date given. Really disappointed in this company as it’s the first time I have dealt with them. I would like a refund so I can go elsewhere with a better delivery service.”

“Zatu have some great prices, and for items shown in stock the delivery is reliable. I'll gladly use them again. I don't trust Zatu for pre-orders however as they never confirm how many they'll get or when they'll ship. You can just be left hanging with no update for weeks or months.”
