Normally good delivery, but when there is an issue expect a very long wait if you have to call them - and expect to be bombarded by ad messages while on hold - very annoying! It's also on you to chase them when there's an issue, they don't send you updates.

I bought the Taskmaster boardgame and the expansion pack with it. The Zatu Games website gave me severe difficulty during the checkout process. I attempted to make my purchase and there was some sort of error during checkout when I submitted it, the screen would freeze up, and I would wait for a minute or 2 for the order to process and for it to tell me my order was successful. Instead, the screen wouldn't do anything at all even after waiting. This error ended up resulting in 3 separate orders. The checkout needs work. I then immediately sent a message to customer service with all the information including the order numbers. Customer service did get back to me immediately but it still took about 1-2 weeks to get it all straightened out before my order was even shipped. The communication with customer service was pretty good. I live in the U.S. and I know the game was being shipped internationally, so I knew it would take a while, but with the processing issues, it ended up taking just over 3 weeks to receive my game. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my significant other, and I made the purchase about 10 days before his birthday thinking it should come in time, maybe be a day late at the worst, I expected more. The game itself is in perfect condition, and I'm happy with the product, we can't wait to try it out!

The price on Saturday is good until the “hidden” VAT was added .Nowhere did it say price before vat until I purchased so will not be mugged off by this company again!!!

i didn’t receive an order confirmation email and order number was invalid but issue got sorted when spoke to customer service and we’re communicative about delays

The prices are great and the models are exactly what you order. However, if one of the items you have ordered isn't in stock you're waiting months to get your order. I'm currently (14/10/23) waiting on one of my orders which I ordered in mid August. As I said I do like the site overall and they are one of the cheapest sites I've found

The games arrived in good quality and everything. Just a few warnings: - The cost does not include customs tax, unlike Amazon - If you order any games for back order, the whole order will wait until the back order game is available. If you want your other games on time, you need to explicitly split the order into two (and pay extra). This wasn't clear to me when ordering, and there was also no place I could check the status of my order. Once I emailed them, they cleared it up and sent the games. Otherwise, no issues.

A bit disappointed in the packing of the box. I ordered internationally and the box showed up pretty banged up. The game was mostly ok, but all the corners look like it's from a second hand store now. Bummer when it's a brand new game. Would strongly suggest improving the packing around the games in their shipping boxes.

Good selection of products and impressed with the quality, however next day delivery on both this nos a previous order failed to arrive on time. The resolution for this was a refund of the difference in shipping costs however this did not fix the issue. I will probably order from them again however will leave more time to account for the delivery failures.

It took 19 days to arrive (they were waiting for it to come from another warehouse). The game was in good condition but I wish I’d ordered it from somewhere else.

Paid for next day delivery, book didn't turn up. Changed delivery day. Book still hasn’t turned up. Yodel can’t provide a time when my item is due to arrive.

The delivery was very slow and the parcel was not sealed properly so that the book slid out of box without opening it. The edges of the book slightly damaged and what I would expect from a second hand book not new. This is not a reflection on graphic novel content, just the condition and service.

They've been my go to games shop for years but the last 3 orders have taken 4 weeks to arrive despite being in stock. I was told it was transferring stock between warehouses. Also bought an A grade book which was badly water damaged far from D grade let alone A. Not sure if they've just grown too big or it's a temporary logistics problem but if it's for a gift in future I won't be using zatu. I hope it's a temporary blip as they're an excellent company and I do hope to continue to use them.

I have bought several games from Zatu and, with the exception of my most recent purchase, they have always found their service to be great. The most recent purchase however was 5 days late in being dispatched and when I rang for an update was effectively told “it will get to you when it gets to you” by a very uninterested lady.

So far I've enjoyed shopping on zatu and would recommend them to anyone looking for items that are available and in stock, the items are well looked after in transit and arrive in perfect order, but I note I've had issues with pre orders and wouldn't recommend making any preorders with zatu, I know it isn't zatus fault why these items are delayed by suppliers which one order I've been waiting on for 4 months longer than original date given moved up by a month each time and still waiting on, but I believe it's zatus responsibility if a dates given if not fulfilled should be chasing up the suppliers and making sure the new date is when they will be fulfilled, also think compensation should be given for the delay of longer than 2 months from original date given, I've phoned twice about these items to be told nothing can be done I've just to wait which I'm not happy about as I ordered these more than 6 months ago, was dated originally for end of June then changed 3 times since to July then August and now September, so would recommend for stock available and not pre-orders, which might change if my order is fulfilled finally this month, but if not I won't be pre ordering with zatu and wouldn't recommend pre ordering with them which is a shame I thought they were good up until now, so zatu note for future fulfill orders and if supply issues maybe think about compensation like even a zatu voucher or something because I'm not happy with my preorders being over late and the fact it's just were sorry the suppliers have let us down just isn't good enough when the date for these items is starting to seem like a wish it would arrive as in a chance listing more than it will arrive, fyi if my preorder isn't fulfilled and sent by end of the month I will be cancelling it and same with my zatu account for misinformation and shopping elsewhere, I have other suppliers that have fulfilled preorders with never a issue I've only had these issues here and it's about time this get resolved, so theirs my review good for available items but wouldn't recommend on preorder as it's seeming like a chance listing for some things like the items I've preordered 😢 so here's a honest review on how I'm feeling about zatu they fulfilled my available orders but have failed to fulfill a pre-order dated 4 months ago and dates have been changed each month making it seem like a chance listing n me feeling conned ATM waiting like a mug on them fulfilling it 😢

I have joy and sorrow at the same time. It has been months since I sent an email about that I can't log in. Every time I received the same email, the same answer and no solution. Then I had to figure it out myself. The system still gives the same error and I can cheat a little to log in. (You guys send to my country but also block my country's IP to log in) So finally I can order. The problem is in all this wasted time I ordered so many things from different places, it saddens me. Because obviously, you give the best prices and pretty good customer support. I had some minor issues after my order though. For example, ı had to cancel it so can gave another order. Customer support said it had been canceled but it never showed on the website. Only after I made a complaint on Facebook it instantly sorted out and I received my money just after that too. On the other hand just because no one from warehouse took pictures, Kieran went there. After that Aaron sorted out my another problem. So it felt like I was in a conversation with them "We will solve everything" suddenly. I will order again. I truly believe you guys are honest and good at your job. By the way "How did you communicate with the company?" has "Live Chat" option. Do you mean Facebook? Because I saw no other chat option.
