“If Zatu had dispatched as swiftly as they suggest they do on their website then my experience would have been excellent. I had to chase my order, which was then sent 48 hour recorded delivery.”

“They used Yodel to make the delivery to me, which due to previous experiences with Yodel makes me unhappy with people who choose them.”

“Good selection of games and generally good prices. However, they frequently change the date of pre-order purchases after you have paid for the order and there is never any option for free delivery, no matter how much you spend. Generally comes packaged decently”

“Decent prices. However, Zatu tends to leave you hanging when preordering etc. For example, I preordered a special edition of an RPG book, which came 4 months after its release and regular retailers were selling it”

“Puzzle came as order but Yodel left it outside and I wasn’t home for a couple of days . Id left instructions to have it delivered to a neighbour but Yodel completely ignored my instructions. Wish Xagi used a different delivery service as Yodel terrible”

“I have used Zatu games a few times now, I think 5 times. 4 of the 5 orders went smoothly. Items well packaged, delivered within timeframes. 1 Order was delivered on time back was packaged pretty poorly. It was an oversized box for an A5ish sized book. The protecting padding was a bit of brown paper on the size but it was pretty obvious the book could shift around in this box. Open opening the book was damaged. The spine had moved away from the book and there were tears. I can't say if this was caused by the poor packaging or was already damaged when it was packed. Returns process was fairly easy. I got in touch with the team and within a few hours I had a returns form and a label so the return did not cost me anything. The form has a message about poor packaging of the return may lead to a deduction being taken from the refund which was a bit frustrating considering the state it was packaged in to begin with. This was all filled out and sent off. Since then the item has been delivered to their warehouse however have had no updates to whether the item will be replaced or refunded. To be fair they are within the timeframes of processing the return still. Overall I'd still recommend Zatu games as have only had one somewhat negative experience with them.”

“This will be a mixed review. Pros - Good prices - Fair selection - Mostly eco packing Cons - Delivery cost and times are not great - I had an issue and I personally had a customer experience that was not great. Although, it was resolved satisfactorily. - The victory point reward scheme, feels far too restrictive. Read the fine print. I am not really a fan of how it works. I still use them with all of this. Your results may vary.”

“When I ordered the items it advised that they were all in stock and I'd get notified when the parcel was dispatched. I heard nothing for a week so I checked my Zatu account and saw that it was due to be delivered over a week later. When it finally arrived today (later than advised) the box was too small for all the contents that had been packed into it, so the smallest and most fragile box (Lego) had been squashed and was bent and creased. Not ideal when it's a Christmas gift.”

“Have placed a couple of orders with zatu, I would use again but I wouldn't hold too much faith in the delivery times, eg paid for 48hr delivery, 5 days later still not here, but they don't sell anything that is needed that urgently I guess and the prices can be very good”

“Normally good delivery, but when there is an issue expect a very long wait if you have to call them - and expect to be bombarded by ad messages while on hold - very annoying! It's also on you to chase them when there's an issue, they don't send you updates.”

“I bought the Taskmaster boardgame and the expansion pack with it. The Zatu Games website gave me severe difficulty during the checkout process. I attempted to make my purchase and there was some sort of error during checkout when I submitted it, the screen would freeze up, and I would wait for a minute or 2 for the order to process and for it to tell me my order was successful. Instead, the screen wouldn't do anything at all even after waiting. This error ended up resulting in 3 separate orders. The checkout needs work. I then immediately sent a message to customer service with all the information including the order numbers. Customer service did get back to me immediately but it still took about 1-2 weeks to get it all straightened out before my order was even shipped. The communication with customer service was pretty good. I live in the U.S. and I know the game was being shipped internationally, so I knew it would take a while, but with the processing issues, it ended up taking just over 3 weeks to receive my game. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my significant other, and I made the purchase about 10 days before his birthday thinking it should come in time, maybe be a day late at the worst, I expected more. The game itself is in perfect condition, and I'm happy with the product, we can't wait to try it out!”

“The price on Saturday is good until the “hidden” VAT was added .Nowhere did it say price before vat until I purchased so will not be mugged off by this company again!!!”

“The prices are great and the models are exactly what you order. However, if one of the items you have ordered isn't in stock you're waiting months to get your order. I'm currently (14/10/23) waiting on one of my orders which I ordered in mid August. As I said I do like the site overall and they are one of the cheapest sites I've found”

“The games arrived in good quality and everything. Just a few warnings: - The cost does not include customs tax, unlike Amazon - If you order any games for back order, the whole order will wait until the back order game is available. If you want your other games on time, you need to explicitly split the order into two (and pay extra). This wasn't clear to me when ordering, and there was also no place I could check the status of my order. Once I emailed them, they cleared it up and sent the games. Otherwise, no issues.”
