“Usually good availability and fair pricing. Dispatch and delivery to estimates can be misleading at times and staff on the end of the phone aren't always that interested 😕”

“Due to a lack of (none) communication concerning the multiple delays/release date changes - had to check the item page for any actual updates - of the product I preordered, I doubt I'll preorder from Zatu again. However item did arrive very quickly one eventually despatched, and was well packaged.”

“I received my email confirmation. A week later still no email to say it was dispatched. Rang customer services. How was helpful and polite. After which my order came 2 days later”

“Speed of delivery was great However box was quite damaged Thankfully it was sealed in plastic so everything inside was intact Was also given 11 red marks and 9 yellow marks instead of 10 and 10 although this is a probably a publisher issue Would recommend better packaging to avoid damage to boxes in future”

“Great choice of games and we really like the reviews of games etc on the website, however really slow to deliver. This time round took a week from placing the order to receive the delivery which is much slower than I expect when I place an online order. Can’t blame the delivery company as it took 5 days from order to dispatch.”

“Unfortunately last couple of orders have not been delivered when expected, having opted for the premium 24 hour delivery. For my previous standard delivery orders the service has been great, so I am a little disappointed.”

“While happy with the cost and product, the delivery was unfortunately delayed. I had paid extra for this to arrive on 02/01/2024, however it was held up and did not arrive until 05/01/2024. This was intended to be a birthday present, but unfortunately did not arrive in time.”
