The purchase, product and website experience were fine, but they took a week to dispatch my order (with no update/apology to explain why it was delayed). Ordered on the 11th October (needed it for the 20th) and it wasn't dispatched until the 18th. I submitted a customer service enquiry on the 18th (three business days ago) asking why it was delayed, and they haven't got back to me. Keeping customers informed and responding to their enquiries should be an absolute priority, and it's very disappointing that I haven't received any communication at any point in this process.

2nd order where the stuff was not shipped out on time and only way past the release date after I chased them up. The Order before that they sold stuff they did not get and did not have in storage. Used to be a much better experience, but this will have me really reconsider staying a customer. Sad to see such a decline.

Not happy. Keep getting repeated emails asking for, almost demanding, a review. For one purchase. Which is very annoying! So here is my two star review Zatu! As well as your incessant emails asking for a review, why do I have to close a pop up window every single time I visit your website?! Having clicked "no thanks" to being put on your email list I then get asked again every time I visit and the pop up window appears over the top of the products you are selling! I was very happy with my purchase, it was well packed and arrived quickly, but your constant bombardment of marketing is putting me off buying anything else. Sort it out Zatu!

I like the idea of an independent shop and while we try to use non-corporate storefronts I didn't have a great experience this time. I ordered on a Saturday with the policy being 24-hour dispatch, so I expected the dispatch to be latest Monday night. It wasn't dispatched until Thursday night with no communication as to why and I had to contact Zatu myself to query what was happening. The reason for the delay was one of the items I wanted was located in a separate warehouse and needed to be transferred before dispatch. I ordered this for the following Friday night (6 days total for delivery), and it finally arrived just before Saturday mid-day. When contacted Zatu didn't offer any apologies and while the customer service representative was helpful to their credit, it was just a waste of time. I expected better communication if there was an issue with an order or if it was delayed, not radio silence. My order could have been upgraded to express 24-hour delivery rather than 48-hour delivery in sight of this issue, but absolutely nothing was offered in the wake of their failures. Sadly if there is an alternative, I'd rather not use Zatu in the future.

Last order from Zatu was disappointing. Delivery driver had to ask if everything was in the box because courier recieved the box in an open condition. Asked for shipping so that it would arrive on a particular day and arrived late.

Asked for a review and item hasn't been received. Tracking just states 'shipping created'... not sure how I'm supposed to review a product I haven't received

When items are in stock, they are shipped quickly. However customer service seems to be lacking. I was supplied an upgrade pack to a game which arrived with items missing. The only response I received was asking for a photo of the missing items. Not sure how I am supposed to provide that as the items are missing. Ended up buying again from elsewhere. Also back ordered items seem to be delayed by months at a time after paying up front

When items are in stock, they are sent fairly quickly. However, I recently received an order with parts missing and the only reply I have had so far was asking me to supply pics of the missing items. Quick to take payment on backorders but keep pushing the restock date back.

Last 2 orders from Zatu games have turned up 3 days late, having paid extra for next day delivery. Very frustrating when you wait In all day and there is no tracking information. 2 of the games I ordered were slightly damaged also. Can't and won't recommend again.

Used to think zatu was amazing but after a pre-order being constantly pushed back as if it was a chance listing I don't have trust for them anymore, I get it's the suppliers fault saying a date then not fulfilling the order and all I can say is that's not good enough, 5 times this preorder was date changed starting in June and moved a month each time, I've now cancelled all my preorders with zatu and will no longer shop on zatu, if a supplier fails to meet deadlines you should threaten to cancel the order and tell them nope we've lost customers like myself because of this, maybe try put more pressure on them or something because I'm not happy over 5 months past original date and still not arrived and absolutely scunnered not even being given feedback saying it's delayed by zatu have to find out when nothing happens each month, I am waiting on a full refund on all my preorders including the full Bolton's, martell heroes 2 n lannister red cloaks over £300 in refunds because of this bs and I will never preorder anything from zatu or cmon under a song of ice n fire again because of this, to cmon if you give a date fulfill the order I've been both let down by your failures and zatu games and because of that I don't trust either company to fulfill orders let alone pre-orders, just not happy about this month of waiting to have to cancel because I was fed up checking a arrival date that never came and kept changing everytime I looked, goodbye zatu your now also removed from Facebook and I doubt I will ever shop here again, you can blame cmon and their date changes but it's also your responsibility zatu to make sure these orders are fulfilled or at least something is done to keep myself as a customer, no information was ever sent saying it was delayed I had to chase up after 3 months late and 3 phone calls to just were sorry and at 5 months overdue that isn't good enough, fyi I've advised people to shop here as well and now I'll be telling them to shop elsewhere due to this complete disappointment and inability to resolve my order, thanks for wasting my time zatu all 8 months ago I ordered this at the time it said coming soon but then was dated a week later for June then changed 5 friggin times without even a message saying sorry, no compensation for the delay and left in complete disappointment and it's just terrible customer service in the end, enough said I'm just completely fed up with this whole situation and zatus inability to resolve it 😢

I ordered four items two months ago, one of the items was backordered but I didn't think much of it. The date by which the backordered item was supposed to have arrived went and came and no items were sent to me. Apparently, not only the backordered item had its restock date pushed, two more items of the order, which you would think would have been set aside at the time of the purchase, were now also on backorder with the restock date set for two more months later. Luckily, after I realized this, looking it up on my own, mind you, as I didn't receive any updates to the status of my order in the two months I waited, I was able to get a refund and the item that was in stock sent to me. Do not buy any backordered items from this site unless you want to wait until the astral conjunction where all items are available when the stars align. They will gladly take your money for items they don't have and they don't know when they will have them and only return it once you realize you've effectively loaned your money for nothing for god knows how long. Now they're asking for a review before the item has even been delivered. Well, here it is. At least customer service was helpful, hence the second star.

The game is great but the box of game came damaged so not very impressed. There was no damage on the delivery box so must of been damaged in the storage, not impressed

Item is as expected, but took over two weeks to arrive despite being in stock. Online support chat communication was friendly but ultimately didn’t achieve much.

Extremely slow postage. Paid extra so it’d arrive in a few days but after a week I contacted to see where it was and the game was in a different warehouse and they said I should wait another 5 days and then contact them again if it hadn’t arrived. Eventually got here 2 weeks after placing the order.
