I had a customer service in which I was told I could just go ahead a new game, while doing the processing of the return of the other game, and that I would be refunded the new shipping of the new game. Then she denied telling me this even though confirmed repeatedly on the phone.

Zatu need to sort out their proposed delivery times at the basket. Ordered birthday presents on Sunday 27th August which said they’d arrive Saturday 2nd September - costing £4.99 for Parcel Force delivery. Called them on Friday 01st September to be told the items (comic books) are kept in different warehouses, order would be dispatched within 24 hours. The items arrived 05th September, the day after the birthday. Very disappointed having paid £4.99 to get them in time. Not good enough I’m afraid.

I’ve spent around £500+ on board games with Zatu last month. Mostly good service, but my previous purchase to this was not good. And as you are asking for feedback I’ll be honest about that one instead of this. I ordered with a 48 hr delivery for the Wednesday to coincide with my leave, and the product wasn’t dispatched until Thursday. I had to ring 3 times and was told it would be sent within a few hours and it wasn’t. The issue it turns out is the Murder at Excelsior Hotel pack was kept in a different warehouse, which had to go on a pallet to another warehouse’ but was not opened for days ‘because they have a lot to do’. As a customer that’s really not my problem how you manage your warehouse logistics. Your site said all items were in stock. I was displayed a post option of 48hrs which I paid for. At no point did it say ‘items in different places, expect to wait longer’ When I rang it was treated as if this is totally normal, in complete ignorance of the information given to the customer on the website and confirmation email. All this has done is remove trust in Zatu stock and delivery information, and consequently I’ve since shopped at BGextras, Chaos Cards and Magic Madhouse instead, who have been very consistent. I doubt anyone reads these things, but if they do - sort out your stock logistics, and if you can’t, be transparent to your customers about actual timescales on your site

Tracking has stated that my order is "out for delivery" now for 7 days. I ordered 17 days ago. No reply to my ticket to Zatu Games support as of 4 days ago. Global Parcel Service. International shipment.

Ordered over one week ago still not arrived yet. Tracking updated today to show delivery next week. Wouldn't use if want delivery within few weeks.

Game was sent with one piece of brown paper in box, box was crumpled though fortunately game box was only slightly damaged. Also Zatu sent with yodel even though I had paid for Royal Mail. Last item I bought was badly packaged also. Please better your packing process and don’t use subpar couriers.

Zantu Games has games that are reasonably priced, the shipping however needs to be greatly improved. I placed my order 8 days ago and since I ordered it I have tracked it from Zantu's warehouse to a pre-flight warehouse where it has sat for 4 days now.

Despite taking out a pre-order I received an email a couple of days before the expected receipt date saying the price had increased by £5:00 and I needed to contact Zatu and pay that. The email was received after close of business on Friday and the customer service line not open again until Monday. After contacting them and paying the additional £5:00 the order didn’t arrive for 3 more days despite paying for a 48 hour service. Overall received my copy 5 days later and at a higher cost than friends who had pre-ordered with other companies

Disappointed; I pre-ordered a game, but when the game was released, I was told the price had gone up so I had to pay an additional amount. I asked them to stand by their original price that I bought the game at, or waive the postage cost, but was refused. I doubt I shall pre-order again from Zatu.

Pre-ordered Hero Quest Rise Of The Dread Moon on 16th June for £40.18, payment taken immediately by Zatu Games. Only four weeks later on the 14th July was informed I had to pay an additional £6.50 due to increased supplier costs. I accept that costs do change, but after only four weeks is odd and to add an additional 15% is quite substantial. I would have expected Zatu Games to take some of this burden, but the whole cost of this increase was passed on to the customer which is very poor service.

Zatu couldn't confirm when a restock order would be back in stock which begs the question why they let customers pay for an item. I gave up after 3 months and got a refund. Now I'm treated to all Zatu's marketing emails.

I Pre-ordered 2 items that were supposed to release on the 7th of June. They hadn't shipped by the end of the 6th, so I called customer services, who told me that they would mark my query as a priority and have the warehouse E-mail me by the end of the day. No E-mail was received. I Called again on the 7th and was told it was being looked in to and I'd definitely receive an E-mail, explaining the situation by the end of that day. No E-mail was received, so I opened a support ticket on the 8th, asking what the situation was. I received an E-mail, late in the day, on the 9th of June, explaining that the release of both items had now been pushed back to the 21st of June. I would have received no E-mail explaining any of this it seems, had I not taken the time to contact Zatu 3 times. On the 20th both items appear as 'In Stock' and are despatched (despite the fact that many other retailers have been selling these items for some time now). However, I noticed that they had both been sent by Yodel despite the fact I specifically paid extra for Royal Mail. I called customer services again who will refund me the difference in 5-10 working days. It seems that if I had not brought this up with Zatu, I would have spent the extra money for nothing at all and would not have been reimbursed. The 2 stars I have given are because customer services were very friendly, on the many occasions I had to speak with them. However, the entire process has been a clown fiesta and I personally cannot recommend that people purchase from Zatu based purely on my experience.

Order arrived late. paid for 48-hour delivery, did not arrive (once dispatched) until day 3. Item was also damaged (box sleeve ripped). Although this did not affect the contents inside the box, it does mean it can't be given as a gift (which was the original intention)

I used to use Zatu fairly regularly as I struggle to get to a local game store, they've usually been fairly good but this seems to have changed recently. This is now the second time I've used Zatu in the last few months and had the same experience - no prior warning of fulfilment issues and all items marked as "in stock" when ordered yet 8 days in and still no dispatch notice When I contacted customer service after 3 days, I was asked to wait another 2 days before asking again, the response was "it is dispatching very soon" and still nothing... No meaningful apology and a complete head in the sand approach to customer service. This item was ordered a week before a birthday and still hasn't been dispatched despite estimates that it would arrive in plenty of time. Definitely not worth the small savings made over other stores - something I will ensure to remind myself and others in future

An order was made and a premium price paid for next day delivery. The site suggested that the order had been made sufficiently early to guarantee delivery by 13:00 the next day. No items were delivered by this time. I was not contacted by Zatu and did not hear back from them when I emailed. When I called the customer service department I was informed that there had been a mistake and that delivery option should not have been available. The available delivery timescales were not useful to me and I was forced to cancel the order.

Very disappointed I ordered 3 games I get only 2 and very late and I still waiting for the 3rd one the game name is metroid I didn't receive yet.

The game came quickly and is great but the packaging was awful. Just packaged in a paper thin cardboard with no other protection so the package has arrived with the edges scuffed and squished.
