Purchased over £100 of items. One came gift wrapped which I did not ask for. I immediately contracted to ask for this to be removed. But this was not picked up and sent out. I then recieved and email saying there was nothing they could do. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with this shop now.

I have not opened the game yet, as it is a surprise gift for someone. Asking for a review of the game is very premature. I found the website exceedingly slow, unbelievably so. Taking 30-40 seconds or more before a mouse click had the expected effect. They need to upgrade their service Level to give them more computing power. Also, I tried to purchase this as a guest. However, the order page left half of the options disabled and so it was impossible to complete the order. Once I signed up as a customer, I could complete As for Zatu's delivery service, they delivered the game on time, and the service was as expected. Despite damage to the external packaging, the actual product arrived undamaged. So, a plus for having enough external packaging to cope with packages not being handled with care and a minus for choosing a courier who did not handle the package with care in transit. To be honest, this knee-jerk reaction to a single sale. The performance issues I am can be fixed intstantly by paying your service provider more for a better service level As to the failure of the guest payment site, it needs some serious debugging. As for the delivery service, it works as expected. The review period for anything positive is way too short. I would need 1many transactions over several years before I would leave a positive review.

Received my package fairly quickly but when I opened it they didn’t use any packing stuffing to prevent the game from moving around. The sealing stickers have come apart and the game opened slightly causing the paperback holder to rip and not be seated properly in the box

I placed an order for an item that the website said was in stock, and paid for 48 hour shipping. After a little over a week I had not heard anything so I sent a message via the form on the website, however I did not get a response. After a few more days I tried phoning but got no answer. My item did eventually arrive, about three weeks late, but I never got a response or any explanation for the delay. Two stars rather than one because I did eventually get the item, but the lack of communication is not really acceptable and I will not be purchasing from this site again.

It took 10 days between the order being confirmed and payment received and them actually shipping it. They didn't ship the product until I emailed them and asked what was taking so long.

13 beautiful hardbacks with a value over £400 put in a big box with very little protection. The box was split open on arrival and the delivery man insisted I check for damages on my doorstep. By some miracle only one book had a bashed corner. The packaging was awful and some of the books had a thin layer of dust or dirt on them. Purely on how these items were packaged i will be very hesitant to order from Zatu again. Atleast if Amazon ships you something damaged it's normally replaced for free including the returns, no questions asked. I reached out to Zatu and it took nearly a week for someone to send me back a generic response asking for more information about the damaged product.

The package arrived damaged, which may well have been the delivery company's fault, but when I opened it I saw that only one piece of packing paper had been put on top of the game, and the packing box was quite a bit larger than the game box, so it had been rattling around in there during transport. As a result the game box lid was dented - not enough to bother with a return, but still diappointing

Reasonably priced, but items were shipped in an oversized box with no packing materials so they flew across the globe while rattling around in a 2/3rds empty box.

Looks like im not the only one that is having issues whit this company delivery as i only received a part of my purchase and it has been way over a month now and i messaged them multiple times and there was no help and no refund either. That is the only reason they get 2 star as 2/3 of what i ordered has showed up the last 1/3 has never showed up even after i messaged them multiple times about this issue. And also ordered from them multiple times and nothing like this ever happened.

Game arrived but parts damaged and have to contact manufacturer directly to resolve. As this is a birthday present not the best thing to have to deal with.

Baja calidad. Compré el juego de Jigsaw trials y el inserto estaba roto y las piezas no se pueden guardar bien. No estoy seguro si el problema es del creador del juego, del almacén o del transporte. No creo que vuelva a comprar

When I heard about the edgerunners mission kit I was quite excited so went to put in a pre order and as I usually do, went to find a UK supplier. Decent price, good estimated shipping time. The release date comes, my package does not. Out of stock, item on back order. Ok maybe there was way more buyers than expected I can wait. Comes back in stock again, and goes out of stock again, my item still on backorder. No communication from the company, no apology and this was made all the worse by the fact in that time I could have bought the box from several other places and just got it by this point. But 4 months later than I wanted, I got the item. I want to like any company who help promote my hobbies but this was not a pleasant experience.

There is additional tax on games when ordering from EU. I paid 80e for 2 games and 80e for tax + delivery so it was not worth it. Also one of the games came with box damaged.

I had ordered a game on 'back order' and the back order had a date on it 3 months from the order date. When the back order date finally came I was informed that they didn't actually know when they would have the game in stock again - I had waited 3 months for the game as I wanted it in time for Christmas only to be told that they weren't getting it in stock. Zatu should really not put dates on their back orders unless they know when they are going to get a restock. Very frustrating

This is my first time using Zatu games. The price for the item seems decent, but the item was scheduled to arrive December 27th-30th. It's currently January 5th and it's nowhere close to arriving.
