We love the games and they arrived quickly but I got charged 3 times - once was proactively refunded but the other is for more and we received an order we didn’t purchase :( maybe it will be resolved soon!

My item arrived with packaging opened. When I reported it I did not hear back from from Zatu.

Zatu is getting 2 stars this time, mostly because they actually sent the game and book royal mail and not yodel. And delivery time was good considering christmas holidays. The big problem though is the atrocious packaging, 1 game, one book and a small box of miniatures sent in a large box with 2 scraps of brown paper, the game is ruffed up a bit on one corner. Fortunately nothing else is damaged but recent orders have been 4 for 4 now where packaging has been terrible.

Really disappointed with the service this time. My order took a month to arrive, despite being listed as “in stock”. I wouldn’t have minded if Zatu had been proactive and actually contacted me to let me know what was happening, but I had to ask for updates repeatedly.

I love this site but let down by delivery this time. I paid for 1 day delivery 6 days before Christmas and the games didn't arrive in time for Christmas Day.

Never received the order. Post office tracking info gives delivery status but never found the package. Waited the 24 hrs. From delivery date documented and no package. Claim is too difficult to process so overall not a great experience.

2 issues with my order: paid for next day delivery which actually became standard delivery. Also, things were missing from the box (Rivals for Catan Deluxe).

I wish I could review the game but it’s almost a week past due so I haven’t seen it yet, although this is now the second nagging email begging for a good review. I’ll update it if/when I get my game.

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago, order acknowledged but still waiting for confirmation of dispatch. Worried that the items I bought may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during this transaction. The website claims they dispatch most orders by the next day, mine took 8 days. My email confirmation estimated delivery would be between the 7th and 8th of December but that only happened on the 13th. All items were in stock at time of ordering and at no point was I informed there might be a delay. Dispatch only took place after I sent them an email query when the delivery window had elapsed, it was a day later than what their response email told me me and 8 days after I placed the order. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

I wasn't impressed when I opened the box and found that the contents were spilling out of the cellophane pack which was completely open down one side. I expected the game to be in a box of its own. I can't take a picture as I had to wrap it back up to give as a present before going away.

A week ago I bought someone a gift voucher as a Christmas present, and arranged for it to arrive in their email inbox on Christmas Eve. Since then, Zatu Games have sent me no fewer than three emails asking me to review them. So that is precisely what I am doing here, just to get them off my back. All I can really review abiut them at this stage is their post-sales pestering. There.

Little bit disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased all three items below which were all listed in stock the time of purchase. I was later contacted to be informed my gold mine was out of stock and not available until March 2024, I was confused as to why it was listed as in-stock during checkout. I was then told my orders will be split and sent separately. I think I should of been offered the opportunity to cancels orders, as these items were Christmas gifts.

I ordered the new releases mystery box as a one off before committing to the subscription and the box arrived damaged as did one of the games. The board game box was badly damaged enough to have pierced through to the game. I sent an email about it and have been ignored. When a representative finally got back to me I was offered a 15% partial refund. I couldn’t be bothered waiting for days for replies so I agreed. After opening the box I found that there was damage to the game itself. Whilst I can’t comment on the store itself I don’t recommend using online at all. It has taken over 2 weeks to get it sorted and my partial refund still hasn’t gone in.

Game was very good quality and condition however dissapointed with the delivery. Paid for a tracked 24 hour delivery and was given the date of arrival when purchasing but the item showed up late. But annoying when you pay for a service you dont receive.

Great game at a good price but delivery was slow with no correspondence. Website says dispatch within 48hrs but it took over a week to dispatch and I was not made aware, I may have ordered elsewhere if I had known this as it was a gift for someone.
