A week ago I bought someone a gift voucher as a Christmas present, and arranged for it to arrive in their email inbox on Christmas Eve. Since then, Zatu Games have sent me no fewer than three emails asking me to review them. So that is precisely what I am doing here, just to get them off my back. All I can really review abiut them at this stage is their post-sales pestering. There.

Little bit disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased all three items below which were all listed in stock the time of purchase. I was later contacted to be informed my gold mine was out of stock and not available until March 2024, I was confused as to why it was listed as in-stock during checkout. I was then told my orders will be split and sent separately. I think I should of been offered the opportunity to cancels orders, as these items were Christmas gifts.

I ordered the new releases mystery box as a one off before committing to the subscription and the box arrived damaged as did one of the games. The board game box was badly damaged enough to have pierced through to the game. I sent an email about it and have been ignored. When a representative finally got back to me I was offered a 15% partial refund. I couldn’t be bothered waiting for days for replies so I agreed. After opening the box I found that there was damage to the game itself. Whilst I can’t comment on the store itself I don’t recommend using online at all. It has taken over 2 weeks to get it sorted and my partial refund still hasn’t gone in.

Game was very good quality and condition however dissapointed with the delivery. Paid for a tracked 24 hour delivery and was given the date of arrival when purchasing but the item showed up late. But annoying when you pay for a service you dont receive.

Great game at a good price but delivery was slow with no correspondence. Website says dispatch within 48hrs but it took over a week to dispatch and I was not made aware, I may have ordered elsewhere if I had known this as it was a gift for someone.

Excellent price point and products are recieved in good time but customer service for post sales is garbage. Had a ticket in for 2 weeks now. Tried to call but no joy. Has really ruined my faith in Zatu and am unlikely to use again.

It's a shame because I've ordered from them before and they were great but I've just had to cancel half my order as they changed my delivery date for one of the game which were meant to be Christmas presents which then changed the date of the whole order... They said I would have to pay for the delivery fee twice due to their mistake instead of covering the cost. The only way to order this game before Christmas now is to go to Amazon and pay a little more but at least they'll deliver it when they say. Also I tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes and then the person was quite rude when they finally answered.

Prices are variable - have to watch them carefully as they move so much. The points scheme is rubbish and it’s a joke they don’t have free postage over a minimum spend.

Second time of writing a review Zatu requested. First attempt to send ...oddly wouldn't send. The review was basically... First order great. Second order(item in stock) hasn't arrived. Vague reply from Katu to my chase up e-mail. Birthday has passed, had to purchase a replacement from an alternative store. Unlikely to repeat .

When I've used Zatu in the past I've always been happy with them, unfortunately this time was a different story. It took a week for them to dispatch items listed as in stock and I was overcharged due to a discount code they sent me not working correctly. The response from their customer service team was disappointing. I will be thinking twice about using them again.

Waiting since March 2023 for a back order, it's now November 2023. I know back orders and preorders have a time factor but 8 months waiting now with very little updates except for supplier says they have no information for shipping. Had to split the order and pay more postage charges to at least get some of my original March 2023 order. Although this appears to be a supplier issue rather than a Zatu issue, it's the customer that gets penalised for a supplier issue. More frustrating is that the items can still be ordered by other customers even though nothing is available except for pictures on a website. Will be probably March 2024 until I get an update saying nothing is still available.

I’m a regular customer here, with very few complaints. Although on this occasion, my order was very slow to dispatch and arrived well after I required the items. All items were listed as in stock. Bizarre.

I bought the wines of Italy jigsaw recently. A beautiful jigsaw, beautifully packaged and a good price. However, there is a piece missing. I filled out a contact us form on the Zatu website over a week ago and have not heard anything. Unfortunately such poor customer service will put me off buying from Zatu again.

Got the game I ordered in two weeks. The package where the game was delivered was quite thin / poor quality, so the actual game box was quite damaged / bent.. it’s a shame as I ordered the game to give as a present. :(
