“My first order was a backorder and when available it had a stock issue. Six months later I cancelled it as it wasn't even sure the product will be back and no new from Zatu. I also had some issue with the refund. My second order, to let them have a second chance. All products were listed "in stock" but stock issue again, no restock information ... I was able to cancel the one missing and get the other ones. So not totally negative but, again 2 orders both of them had issues...”

“Great prices on items I ordered. Delivery was swift and I had all the tracking info I needed to arrange a delivery date with royal mail. Not my first time using Zatu Games and it won't be the last. Keiran was also very helpful in the live chat to help me find how to leave this review!”

“Was excited to get hold of this product as its impossible to find in the states. Pretty fast shipping for distance covered. Was a little surprised at the sparse packaging inside the box. A less sturdy game could have taken a beating, but these held up pretty well despite being able to move freely within the shipping container.”

“Packaging was absolutely shocking. 130 packs thrown into the bottom of a huge box, with some paper on top. Very hesitant to use them again, but looking on their other reviews it is common place.”
