Hi there, We’re sorry to see this review, as the details provided do not match our records. The order was placed on 28th May, rather than in March, and the item was listed as a backorder with an estimated availability of 2–3 months. It was despatched on 5th August, within that estimated timeframe. We also provide several ways to contact our Customer Service team through our website on our contact form, or directly via emailing team@zatu.com should you ever need an update or assistance with an order.
