“Ordered from Zatu as they had the product I wanted at the lowest price and then found other items to order. Shipping was very quick. Have used Zatu before and will do again. Great service.”

“everything perfect”

“Very poor service. Delivery took much longer than advertised. When I complained about it I got a hostile email back blaming Royal Mail and washing their hands of any responsibility, with a flat refusal of any refund of shipping costs.”

“My wife and I love Gibsons Puzzles. Zatu ships to the States and has the best prices and quickest delivery. So, they are my first stop when looking for a new puzzle.”

“Ordered a box of Warhammer models for £110. The packaged box was so badly done that it turned up crushed and opened. The internal box was mostly the same. Parts had snapped off sprues, scratched and damaged and the side of a tank was bent to the point it had turned white. Photos were provided and I got offered a full refund to start with, which turned into 15% (£16) - this doesn’t even cover the missing parts let alone the bent tank. Avoid this company, all the poor reviews are true.”
