Hi there, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. However, we would like to clarify that your emails have not been ignored. We can see that our team have responded to your enquiries on multiple occasions regarding this order. Your parcel was dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, and the delays are occurring within the courier network rather than with dispatch from our warehouse. As advised previously, there are currently delays affecting deliveries to your area due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We have also already opened an investigation with the courier to determine whether the parcel is still in transit or has been lost. “The mega mystery box was very disappointing. I priced up all the games on the zatu website and it came to roughly £102 of value. The website said it would be worth £130 which that may be for RRP but i just feel like it's a loop hole for them to justify the contents. Would not recommend. The rest of the games I ordered were in good condition.”

As stated clearly on the product page, the Mystery Box contains products with a combined RRP value of over £130, while the Mystery Box itself is sold for £99.
