“This was the ONLY store I could find carrying the Root Clockwork Expansion 2, so immediately I got very excited. Bought this expansion and the Vagabond Pack. Both arrived within a week even though I live in the U.S. Products were safely packaged in the box to prevent damage. I really look forward to getting these games on the table. Thanks for a great purchase!”

“I am still waiting for delivery of the 5 items ordered at the beginning of August- which seem to have gone astray en route to me. Evri tracking says they are being returned to Zatu but customer services have been less than helpful. No resolution has been offered!”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the trouble you experienced with this delivery. Once the issue was reported to us, we opened an enquiry with Evri on 10th August to investigate the parcel’s whereabouts. Although the tracking indicated that the parcel was being returned to us, it had still not arrived back at our warehouse. Rather than requiring you to wait for the return to be completed, we processed a full refund on 17th August outside of our normal returns process. We’re sorry that the delivery did not go as expected, but we hope the refund provided has now resolved the matter. “I can't be fully satisfied because of several reasons. Shipment to Serbia took 13 days instead of 5-8. Price went from initial 65 EUR for 2 games to more than 100 EUR when you add shipping costs and tax that was (I don't know how) calculated by Serbian customs. Overall, everything is ok, games arrived in good condition, offer of Zatu Games is amazing, but I can't ignore above mentioned facts.”

“I didn't know that I need to pay to customs for the process, as well as the delivery from custom to my house. It was specified that the shipment costs were 13 euros and It should cover the hole delivery. I ended paying 50 euros more, if I knew that I would buy It in another shop.”
