“Took 6 days for a magazine to arrive by 48h post. Its a bit disappointing, and in the days of Amazon offering next day delivery at competitive prices its sometimes hard to continue considering supporting independents when the service is poor.”

“Have used this site many times. Will not be doing so any more. I use to buy Pokemon cards from them years back, seems they are one with the scalpers now and ridiculous prices. Very disappointed. My advices is to not pay this. The 30th set is set for huge re-prints”

“This is unacceptable! The game arrived damaged, and customer service ignored me completely. The box for the board game arrived crushed and damaged due to poor packaging. I immediately reached out to customer service to request a replacement or resolution, but I have received zero response. Terrible service and complete lack of support—buy from somewhere else!”

“Used to use Zatu games for pokemon cards over the years as prices were good. Now all they have done is put the prices up almost like live streamers and scalpers. This is pure greed. Won't be using them again”
