Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the box arrived in less than ideal condition. As this was an international order, parcels do unfortunately go through multiple handling points during transit, and damage to outer packaging can occasionally occur outside of our control. In regard to the slice on the back of the box, this is most likely caused during the opening of cases with a box cutter, where the outer sellophane or packaging may occasionally be marked in the process. As this affects the external protective packaging for TCG products rather than the product itself, we would not typically consider this to be product damage. However, if there are any issues with the actual contents or product inside, please do get in touch with us so we can investigate further. “Originally ordered a comic box from Zatu on their ebay page- specifically with an Alex Ross graphic to store my Alex Ross collection. A box with a different graphic was received. I sent it back for a refund as Zatu requested and replaced the order in hopes that they would correct it. I also sent them a message to make sure the correct comic box was sent- I received the same incorrect one back. I have now order off their site- again for a SPECIFIC Alex Ross graphic box and AGAIN have received a box with a random graphic that I did not order. I am completely done at this point. I needed the comic boxes so I’ll keep them but not planning to order from these clowns again. If you order something then there’s no knowing what they’ll send and after their initial message on eBay they never responded. Waste of time. If they didn’t have the order then at the very least they could have offered an alternative rather just sending some random product that I didn’t order….. TWICE!!! Fuming.”

“Ordered a couple of games, but neither had turned up after delivery estimate had passed. Contacted customer services who said they were still waiting for one to arrive at their warehouse. Made no effort to let me know that there was a delay. Apparently it's on me to chase. Really poor effort from a customer service point of view in my opinion. Cancelled my order. Also, don't want to have to use Shopify to track my orders. Dont need to have an app for everything!”
