“The product never arrived due to a shipping error. The shipping company apologised and passed the issue onto Zatu after verifying. Zatu support pretended it was delivered and did nothing. Felt like a scam 0/10”

“I was expectimg a slow delivery from Italy to Ireland of a used copy of a game that hasn't been produced for ages. Instead I received a fast delivery of a brand new copy of the Legend of Dizzt D&D Adventure Board game! Fast delivery in pristine condition, you can't get better than that! Zatu is now bookmarked for my future purchases, excellent service!”

“Shipped & delivered fast in good condition, with regular tracking updates. Cost of product & shipping to Australia was very good too. Zatu has a lot of hard to find products, but still offers them at lower than RRP. Will use again for sure.”
