“They have a lot of variety, and I don't think I could get games like these anywhere else in the UK. They offer a lot of sales and gifts for members, which is very nice. What I don't like is that when I try to buy something on backorder, it never gets sent, even when it's back in stock. The second thing is that it takes roughly a month for me to get a product delivered. So not bad but they could be better.”

“I had a good shopping experience with Zatu. It was clear what was in stock and what wasn't, so I usually only order things that are in stock at the time of ordering. It was posted about a day after I placed the order. The prices are keen, and the postage is understandable. At least there was good tracking on the postage.”
