“I've used Zatu Games a few times now and always had good service. Had a problem with delivery once (no fault of Zatu's) where parcel was left in a neighbour's recycling but it was unclear where it was. After a few days, we located the parcel but it had gotten wet in the meantime, which caused some damage to the contents. Zatu offered a couple of options and it was sorted quickly. Always quick delivery and great service. Would recommend.”

“I have really mixed feelings about my experience. The good: Zatu had a new game that was not yet available in my area (USA), the website was great and easy to navigate, and it was easy to order the item I wanted (Carcassonne Labrynth). It shipped quickly and arrived when it was projected to, in about 10 days. The bad: the packaging was exceptionally poor. The shipping box was much larger than the game, and there was just a thin, short piece of crumpled packing paper floating on top of the game inside. The shipping box had visible damage on the outside, and when I opened it, the game box was smashed in one corner. Had the game been better packed with more packing material, it might not have been damaged. This is a time sensitive gift item and I have no option to replace it. Hopefully the game components are safe inside… we’ll see.”
