“I ordered a game and an expansion, and like an idiot I managed to autofill the delivery address with my previous address. I realised and dropped them an email, they replied quickly and corrected the address, and a couple of days later the items arrived correctly. I'm very happy with the service and appreciate that they have a customer service that's easy to contact and does its job.”
