“Great for purchases, horrible if they mess up. Purchased an item and they sent the wrong item. Sent it back the same day, hoping to get my item quickly. It was delivered back to Zatu the next day, but i've not received any information for a week now.”

“It was very easy to deal with Zatu Games. I reside in the USA and the package arrived on the earliest date that was specified. I ordered it on January 16th and received it on January 28th in pristine condition. We've had extreme cold and snow where I live (Pennsylvania) but that didn't affect my promise date. It was great dealing with Zatu. My grandson will be estatic when he receives this for his birthday present.”

“Ordered a Japanese booster box for Pokemon, was a super fun opening experience and managed to get quite a few cards I was after ^^ Package was dispatched quick and arrived safely with good packaging.
