Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re glad to hear your order arrived in good time and condition, but we’re sorry that some components were missing from your game. In cases like this, we do suggest contacting the manufacturer directly as the first point of contact, as this is typically the fastest way to resolve issues with missing components. We understand that it can feel frustrating to have to do this yourself, and we’re happy to provide guidance or support where possible to ensure the manufacturer can assist quickly. If you would like any further assistance with your order, please get in touch with us at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 2520 and a member of our team will be happy to help. Thank you, Team Zatu Games

“This is a lovely learning tool that encourages parent participation. Child’s observation skills are involved in the matching of penguins and learning how to count up the pairs to determine the winner are part of the learning while playing the game.”
