One of the worst online shops I have had experience of dealing with, after they sent me a package that I never requested, I had also stated several times prior to dispatch it wasn't something I had ordered, they looked into it their end said there was an error on their system and it shouldn't have been dispatched without payment and also noted it had been entered on their system 12 months previous,, however they decided to ship anyway ..... then to top it off after it was delivered and again I sent an email to highlight it was something I hadn't ordered only to be then told I had to post back with a completed returns form .... why would I share my personnel information on something I didn't order and why are Zatu sending unpaid products to people using their personnel data that's not been shared..... is that legal....then to top it off I'm greeted with a very threatening email why I've not returned something I've not ordered and how I have to pay for it.... Zatu should arrange collection and then ensure any unauthorised personnel data is removed from their system.

Our records indicate that our first correspondence received was on 05/11/2025, and no prior attempts to contact us were made. First, we fully acknowledge that the order was dispatched in error due to an internal system issue. Our team contacted you on 05/11/2025 to explain the situation and provided a free prepaid returns label, so you could return the item at no cost and without needing to share any payment information. You were not asked to pay for the return postage at any point. We followed up again on 15/11/2025 to reiterate the situation and to outline the relevant section of our Terms and Conditions, which apply when goods are accidentally shipped without payment. Specifically, our terms state that customers may either make payment for the goods or return them, and if the items are not returned or paid for, we may collect the goods from you at your expense. These terms exist solely to protect both customers and the business in rare cases where dispatch errors occur. To address your concerns regarding personal data: We do not use or share personal information other than for fulfilling orders and providing customer service. Details are only used internally to send the parcel that was mistakenly marked for dispatch and no unauthorised use or data sharing occurred. Upon request we will also delete personal data in line with GDPR requirements. We also want to reassure you that no threatening intent was meant in any communication. Our messages aimed only to explain the options available under our Terms and Conditions and to avoid inconvenience to you. We remain committed to resolving this as smoothly as possible. First order went well and I was very impressed, ordered some more packs arriving for monday the 10th, less then half the packs arrived (priced at £6), issued a refund on 12th (after I requested to please ship product instead) saying they have zero stock, and I saw today 14th they have restocked and are charged almost £9. That feels very cheeky to me!

Wanted to get some Yu-Gi-Oh booster packs then saw they sold boxes so got that with some cheap card protectors and deck boxes they arrived fairly quick and I was very happy with the products will be using again

The items I ordered were missing most likely because they were not packed correctly. I am waiting for a so called investigation to be done. Very poor service from this company.
