“I ordered a festive bingo game as a stocking gift, but what arrived was a much smaller “blitzed bingo” version. The size and presentation were significantly different from what was shown in the listing, to the point that it wasn’t suitable as a gift and I didn’t use it. When I tried to return it, I was required to pay £3 postage, which isn’t reasonable given the item wasn’t as described. Overall, disappointing and not good value.”
