“Preorder one price card box, it came in on time, but, unsealed. I never expect that. And packs all over the box. One pack was ripped open cuz the delivery not human …. But, I got BOA SP, so at least it’s not a scam.”

“Goodly and prompt service received from Zatu Games. We bought the Carcassonne Big Box at a very good price and received it in good condition shortly after ordering. We have since topped up our box with the Dragons and Fairies expansion pack, again at a very good price. We would not hesitate to use Zatu Games in the future.”

“Am being asked to do a review but haven’t received the item and nor has the carrier. Item didn’t arrive in the expected time and Zatu gave no update. After waiting 10 days for the item had to ring and ask what had happened, only to be told I would expect to wait a further 3-5 days. They apologised but unfortunately as a customer who has already paid for the item they can’t be bothered to give me an update!”
