“Was sad I missed adding the code for the free game when ordering and Zatu wouldn't add it retroactively despite immediately contacting them, but the they have always delivered as promised.”

“Games are great, one of the games however I guess was not in stock so it took longer to process - I didn’t get an update until I emailed asking about it. Also one box was slightly damaged. Otherwise a really great company with really great options - I will shop again :)”

“An amazing experience from speed of shipping to quality of games to prices that are very reasonable and better than all other online board games stores. I ve been looking for some games for more than a year ( like KELP ) and until this moment i couldnt find a place that delivers it to my country. Keep up tge good work. I am already planning my next purchase from Zatu :)”

“First time using Zatu who I discovered on a Google search for best price on Azul. Not wanting to spend a fortune on a game I’ve never played but intrigued by the colours and its following, I was impressed to find a 25% discount, and by a small firm. Delivery price also very good and it arrived before they said it would, so 5 stars and I’ve points to boot. Will def use again.”

“great website - my go-to for board games. only issue I had was with Colt Express big box where the website said it was on re-stock and would be available in May - but then took months to arrive without so much as any expectation setting for me. Finally arrived in November!”

“If it were anyone else than Zatu I'd give 1 star. But Zatu has done me well in the past. I ordered a board game ten days ago. Royal mail said I had to come pick it up but wouldn't give me an address. The Zatu support team just said I had to wait for 14 days for a response and they couldn't assist or give me a refund. In this time I easily could have bought it somewhere nearby but instead missed out on using this when friends were visiting. Disappointed by the delivery but also the customer services.”

“Terrible customer service, doesn't bother to contact you unless you chase them. The whole "back order" promise is a scam that they never actually follow through on. Do not buy from this company, it is more trouble than it's worth. There are pleanty more retailers out there and this one doesn't deserve you patronage.”
