“Ordered a Pokemon product that was then cancelled ten days later which was annoying. However, after raising the issue with the team Kieran managed to offer an alternative. Whilst the initial issue could have been dealt with better, the recovery and help was appreciated.”

“Was so happy to find Papayoo available for purchase!! Once I ordered Zatu Games shipped very quickly and I was happy it was received so quickly since it was being shipped from the UK to the US. Game was ordered evening of April 29. I received shipping confirmation and tracking number on April 30, and received parcel on May 6. Great seller!!!”
