“It feels a little scummy. I bought something on presale, and when I put in my address with the automatic finish feature, it apparently put it in slightly wrong. I wanted to get into contact with someone to correct the very small very easy mistake to make. But it seemed impossible, so I guess I’m not getting my product and they’re getting a negative review.”
