“Bought some DnD dice, which were in a box so great as a Christmas present. Excellent price and arrived quickly.”

“I was sent a used copy of the game. The box is torn on the inside, and a reusable component is missing, clearly indicating that someone has already played it. There’s also a self-made paper band holding together the stack of playing sheets. What was this?”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns, and we’re sorry to hear about the condition your order arrived in. We would like to reassure you that we do not sell used or previously played games — all items we supply are brand new and sealed as received from the manufacturer. Having reviewed this order, the damage and missing component appear to be the result of a manufacturing error rather than prior use, which we appreciate can understandably be frustrating and disappointing. If an item arrives with a manufacturing fault or missing components, we are of course happy to help resolve this. Our team have already sent you a free returns label in order to resolve this for you. If you would like any further assistance with your order, please get in touch with us at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 7679 and a member of our team will be happy to help. Thank you, Team Zatu Games

“Bloody hilarious game! We had so much fun over Christmas playing this. I would highly recommend wearing Tena pants for those of a certain age! Hilarious.”

“Two orders placed. Over all service was good. But a long delay in getting items showing as in stock, but apparently in a seperate storage area and took several weeks to get them posted. In the end I had to cancel one item to get them to ship. Very POOR Comms and order status means nothing on their website.”

“I never have a problem with this company. Deliveries of board games are well packed and arrive n time for the postage paid. I see a lot of complaints on Facebook groups about Zatu and I don’t get why.”
