It took a while for the game to arrive after I paid for 24h tracking shipping because they had to ship from a different place but my friend Received them

The game came nice and prompt, very happy with that. Not so happy that the package was damaged in the corner along with one of the games inside. This is the reason for the 3 stars. Images attached.

So I got the game promptly, which was great. But the game box was damaged due to it being placed in a tight fitting cardboard box for shipping that had no padding. The delivery box got damaged (I presume in transit), so the game box got damaged. The game itself is fine, and the damage is not enough to return, but still a shame.

Ordered items ,said 48hr tracked delivery , 9 days later no delivery , phoned Zatu games was told some of the items may have not been in stock , was not informed about this atall ,( lucky I phoned ) was told could be delivered in another few days , after putting the phone down , had an email items out for delivery ( umm funny that 🤔) communication to customer 100% rubbish if my son had not wanted items I would have cancelled the order

Prices are competitive but order management is questionable. I pre-ordered an item and it wasn't dispatched until I emailed 2 weeks after the release date. It was dispatched the day after I had an reply to my email blaming "supplier issues". Fortunate timing to get it in stock, however, it's happened with a second pre-order.

the overall experience is good the support is great but my game arrived damaged. the box cover as well as the game board was damaged in the delivery. hope the manufacturer will replace the damaged parts.

Zatu games as always are great the only downside is the delivery service that was used this time, yodel are very poor and seem to be getting worse my parcel was left on my door step in plain view of anyone walking / driving past we have plenty of discrete places for parcels to be left and many neighbours also willing to take delivery for us as we do for them it’s a shame yodel don’t take that little extra bit of care and attention.

The delivery took longer than expected (due to stock shortages) and the box was slightly damaged when it arrived, but I would still buy from Zatu Games.

The ordering and the web site was fine and went quite smoothly, but I have still not received the order yet and I did ask and pay for overnight. Yes I know it was ordered on bank holiday Monday so i was expecting it to arrive Wednesday, the email said it had been dispatach but a traccing number never cam active for it? I know that it is UKGE2 this weekend but it has not arrived at this time? what bothers me I could have just paid for normal delivery. Other than that I'm still going to use your store to buy stuff. Ordered Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collectors' Edition. Obviously, it was considerably overpriced (by around 45%, in comparison of the official retail price), but it was kind of expected (the hype! the hype!) and it was not as horrible as in case of other sellers. What was not expected was that the game arrived with one of the security stickers torn and the outer paper sleeve separated at the glue. Was it opened by someone? At first sight, nothing is missing, but since it's a present, we could not open everything. It's concerning though.

I've used Zatu several times and generally been happy. But my last view orders I've been disappointed with slow dispatch times and poor communication.

I've ordered a number of games from Zatu and have previously recommended them to a various friends. I'm not sure that I'd still do that. I ordered some books from them last summer on back order and emailed them after several months to ask if they could definitely get them asking for a refund if they couldn't. Several months after that, after emailing to cancel the order, I needed to raise another ticket before the order was actually cancelled and I got the refund. More recently Yodel didn't deliver a order and although I'd reported it using their website it wasn't until after a week when I rang that anything happened. I've just filled in a form confirming I haven't had it so they can escalate it with Yodel again. Their customer service when things go wrong just seems to be slow and awkward at the moment.

I've been a Zatu customer for a long time and I've noticed that it's taking longer and longer for them to dispatch things. The item I just ordered took well over a week to be dispatched. Worth considering if you're in a hurry. Otherwise fine.

Whilst the staff I have spoken to have been lovely, the mere fact that I have had to contact the company so many times is not. I preordered a game which (due to no fault of zatu) has had its release date pushed multiple times, however there has never been a communication from zatu about this, I have had to call them numerous times to get updates and new release dates. Additionally when the game was finally dispatched (4months late) it arrived later than the delivery information specified and also no tracking information ever arrived so bar making yet another phone call I could not chase where my delivery was. Apart from these unfortunate things I was impressed by the staff, they were friendly and helpful and very apologetic! And i cannot fault the price I paid for my preordered game.
