“Definitely no complaints with the speed and integrity of deliveries! One improvement to suggest: where games are on Back-order, it would be nice to get more frequent updates as to when we can expect copies of games to be restocked, or even if they have gone out of print and won't be available for the foreseeable (in my case, ordered For Northwood over a year ago and still haven't had any feedback regarding delivery/non-delivery).”

“Had a good experience with Zatu. They had a Lego set for the best price and assured delivery in time for my son's birthday. No one else could compete. The box unfortunately was evidently damaged by the shipping company but Zatu still offered reimbursement for the gift wrapping which was kind of them. Will use again.”

“Order for 24 hour service. Then nothing. Then an email refunding 2 pound for postage as couldnt do 24 hour service. Then nothing. Emailed to ask when it would be, no reply. Then I phoned and it says its not being dispatched for another week. Had to cancel the order as it was for a present.”
