“Pre-ordered a product 6 months in advance of release and still waiting for the product to ship. No real updates, just 'waiting on suppliers' each time I contact them myself for an update. Still not sure that I will ever receive the order, I would rather they just be transparent and tell me that they aren't getting any stock.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re feeling uncertain about your order. To clarify, the current total waiting time on this order is around three months, and the pre-order was placed one month before the release date not six months. We also sent a proactive email update to affected customers explaining that, due to circumstances outside of our control, our suppliers allocated less stock than originally expected. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to fulfil all pre-orders for release day. Our procurement team is actively working to secure additional stock so that we can fulfil all remaining orders as soon as possible. At this stage, we are still expecting to receive further stock, but as with all pre-orders, we are reliant on supplier availability and allocations. We understand that repeated “waiting on suppliers” updates can feel frustrating, but this is currently the most accurate information available to us. We aim to be as transparent as possible with the updates we receive. As always, if you no longer wish to wait, you are able to cancel your order at any time for a full refund. “I’ve ordered a couple of times from Zatu now and will continue to use this website for all my gaming needs. All my items were packaged well to avoid damage in the post and I find the postage rates reasonable. I also really appreciate the discounts they regularly offer to shave some money off items. “My box appeared at my door crushed, with many of the contents (card sleeves) torn out of their packaging and spilling out. This is on top of the delivery appearing later than scheduled. I had expected it to be delivered when someone was home, but instead it was delivered when no-one was home. Whether these issues are the fault of Zatu Games or the courier service is unknown but after this, we are more likely to buy with local shops.”
