“I ordered 2 games with Zatu Games, which have been lost by the courier (Evri). I have email confirmation by the courier which I have sent to Zatu Games, and their customer service team are still making me wait 5 working days before action is taken. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing, from a store I used to enjoy ordering from.”

We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order as expected Unfortunately there are occasions where our couriers are unable to deliver for reasons outside of your control, and when this happens we do need to investigate with them, as they are often able to resolve the issue on their end!
