“I have not received my order yet.. It's closing to 1 month while I have paid for 4 days delivery .. Opened 2 support requests with no action.. Horrible service.”

“Had issues with the delivery of my item. Zatu was slow to respond at every point, and at several points flat out lied about the steps they were taking to assist.”

“I ordered a game on dec 12 th , the payment was taken out of my bank straight away, no confirmation was sent, after not receiving my game for Christmas, I got in touch with the company inquiring what was wrong. Apparently the game was out of stock and has never come in to stock, so why wasn’t my money refunded, since then I have requested a refund, but all I get is we want proof we want addresses This has been sent to to ‘team’ but still no refund. I will not be recommending this store to anybody !!!!! Why would they treat their customers so badl. A very disappointed ex customer Teresa Huband”

“Awful experience. I ordered a puzzle for my son for Christmas in December 2nd and still nothing. I understand times are hard w it h COVID restrictions and trunks being slower due to Christmas but still nothing! I’ve also sent an email trying to track where my order is and have had nothing from your team. To take my money and have nothing from you for 6 weeks is an utter disgrace!!”

“I made an restock pre-order for a game which was later removed from the website. I contacted Zatu on 4 occasions (via website, email and call) none of which resulted in a response or acknowledgement. I later cancelled my order and received only a one liner without an attempt made to fully apologise or explain the situation. Very disappointed with the level of service considering the excellent reviews on the website”

“I ordered an “in stock” product on 15th of December and paid for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked postage. When I hadn’t received my order by 23rd December I took it upon myself to contact Zatu who advised that they were awaiting stock. This was a Christmas present and had I not chased it I wouldn’t have had time to buy an alternative gift. Poor service and dishonest advertising products that are not stock. I will not recommend to others or be a returning customer. Very bad first impression”
