Games arrived filthy, covered in black dust. These games were bought as presents but cannot be used in the condition they arrived, have contacted Zatu but no response, very disappointed as have used the company before but sadly won’t be using them again.

Thanks for your feedback. Please check your spam folder because all of your emails were responded to. The last correspondence says for you to get back in touch on the 24th if there has still been no update on the tracking. We have been chasing the courier on your behalf and if it looks like Royal Mail have lost your order we will of course give you a full refund.

Ordered next day delivery site said it would be dispatched and says dispatched in the account, no item was received next day and no dispatch email was received and no tracking code provided. Paying nearly £5 for next day delivery and not receiving the service you pay for is unacceptable, ignoring email asking what is going on is unforgivable.

Very poor, in fact non existent service. Call of Duty, Cold War arrived late when my son was desperate to play with his mates so I picked another copy up elsewhere and messaged Zata asking how could I return their copy (unopened of course) they have ignored all emails and messages for 4 days.

Zero customer service when the product was a week (and counting) late. Window for delivery was November 3-5, and today as I write this its November 13. This was a birthday gift. Still no delivery, no tracking, no response from customer service to continued inquiries. I won't order from this company again.

We share your frustration at the slow courier service but due to the global pandemic couriers are taking longer than we would hope to ship things across Europe. We raised an investigation for you with the courier and thankfully it was successful and your order was finally delivered last week. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Bought about 350 pounds of games since lockdown. Bought some new ones recently which were delayed. Was sent a £5 apology code for the inconvenience, when I tried to use it I was denied by the site as the site required that I bought another £40 of products to get my apology. So not received the games or replies to my emails. Very poor service for someone who until this point was highly favourable and high spending

I placed my order on 29/10/2020 requested and paid for next day delivery it is now 02/11/2020 still no delivery of my order. Emailed 3 times with no response. Will not use this company again.

I ordered a product on Friday and still haven’t gotten a dispatch email. I live in another country and thus selected international delivery. I emailed them and even wrote on Twitter and I STILL haven’t gotten a response. Plus another lockdown is happening in the UK in DAYS and Im very worried my product won’t be be shipped before that happens. I need my problem to be solved NOW

Canceled my order over an assumption without reaching out to me first. They admitted the mistake and couldn’t do anything to fix it. Customer service was good but they dropped the ball big time and get 1/5 for doing so.

I have bought from Zatu before and the box arrived (delivery to EU) with no packing and contents moving around in the box, I was lucky at the time and nothing was damaged. This time I have explicitly asked on the order for extra packing, which I believe is not much to ask on a €200 order. The box arrived with a SINGLE, FLAT piece of packing, boxes sliding all over the place. Box wasn't damaged on the outside so I have accepted it, but unsurprisingly one of the games (the most expensive of course) was damaged. Even the smallest boardgame retailers know to pack games properly, even pieces of cardboard or newspaper is fine! You would think this is common sense with boardgames, but looks like it isn't. After reading the Zatu returns policy I have decided to just keep the game (contents are not damaged, luckily) but I will never buy from them again and will make sure my experience with them is known.

A minority of our restock pre-order supply chains were effected by Covid-19 and did experience some delays. We've since cancelled your order and processed a full refund. Unacceptable. My order 640007 from 16.09 still didn't arrive. I will never buy from here anymore and I will inform everyone on the internet that this site is a joke. I want my money back. Bogdan MOISE.

I ordered an item It showed up on my debit card and and in my pay pal but I cannot get a refund because it does not even show up in my orders but it took money from my debit card, I lost my money with no package.

My preorder is now over a week late and the telephone person I spoke with didn't even know the product had passed it's release date.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Our supplier pushed the release date back on this item which is why it wasn't despatched when you hoped. Thankfully this has now been shipped and you have taken delivery. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay.

i ordered a game in the last month and it doesn't come to me in brazil , it takes too much time and i can't cancel the order. i even tried contact the zatu games in email BUT they doesn't answer.
