How about no Customer Service? Emails are deleted without beeing read, when u call them, they tell u to write on Facebook, and on Facebook they opently clarify that noone is monitioring the messanges! Delivery even to a oversee country is estimated about 10 days and u do NOT get what u orderd, BUT they charge ur creditcard without hesitation!

Ordered an item that was in stock on the website, 10 days past no emails from them about item being dispatched, tried to call email and when I finally got a hold of someone they told me the item was out of stock and had no new date for a restock! How the can take money for items they don’t have is ridiculous. I have asked for a refund but I will no doubt have to cash this up! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Pre-ordering with Zats'u is a joke. 2 times they took and preorder and then just when the item supposed to be release they contact me to say that they have no stock. They are unreliable to do preorders with.

Great prices, but poor customer service when things go wrong. During their lengthy Black Friday website outage, they managed to lose all of my discount vouchers on an order and failed to provide any sort of update or response to issues. No response to emails and then tried to raise the prices on the items that were in limbo in my shopping basket. I've decided to purchase elsewhere in future as having a reliable service and not wasting my time is far more important that saving a few £s.

Placed a restock pre-order back in July, still not been restocked and Zatu can't tell me when they will have the stock. I wouldn't really mind BUT they are happy to take the money even though they can't give me a delivery date. This is appalling customer service.

Ordered PS5 game which was great on price received email on 23/11 to say it had been dispatched. It is now 28/11 still not received. I have tried emailing twice with no response.

Ordered 3 games on a Saturday evening, within less than 12 hours one of the games was £10 cheaper. Was told the goods were dispatched (on the Sunday morning) so they could not refund but they did not arrive until Wednesday. I asked for a credit note, no reply. I have checked my spam box. Disappointing customer service.

Games arrived filthy, covered in black dust. These games were bought as presents but cannot be used in the condition they arrived, have contacted Zatu but no response, very disappointed as have used the company before but sadly won’t be using them again.

Thanks for your feedback. Please check your spam folder because all of your emails were responded to. The last correspondence says for you to get back in touch on the 24th if there has still been no update on the tracking. We have been chasing the courier on your behalf and if it looks like Royal Mail have lost your order we will of course give you a full refund.

Ordered next day delivery site said it would be dispatched and says dispatched in the account, no item was received next day and no dispatch email was received and no tracking code provided. Paying nearly £5 for next day delivery and not receiving the service you pay for is unacceptable, ignoring email asking what is going on is unforgivable.

Very poor, in fact non existent service. Call of Duty, Cold War arrived late when my son was desperate to play with his mates so I picked another copy up elsewhere and messaged Zata asking how could I return their copy (unopened of course) they have ignored all emails and messages for 4 days.

Zero customer service when the product was a week (and counting) late. Window for delivery was November 3-5, and today as I write this its November 13. This was a birthday gift. Still no delivery, no tracking, no response from customer service to continued inquiries. I won't order from this company again.

We share your frustration at the slow courier service but due to the global pandemic couriers are taking longer than we would hope to ship things across Europe. We raised an investigation for you with the courier and thankfully it was successful and your order was finally delivered last week. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Bought about 350 pounds of games since lockdown. Bought some new ones recently which were delayed. Was sent a £5 apology code for the inconvenience, when I tried to use it I was denied by the site as the site required that I bought another £40 of products to get my apology. So not received the games or replies to my emails. Very poor service for someone who until this point was highly favourable and high spending

I placed my order on 29/10/2020 requested and paid for next day delivery it is now 02/11/2020 still no delivery of my order. Emailed 3 times with no response. Will not use this company again.
