Con artists, offer items for sale and then change the price on you to try and get more money out of you, and will just cancel your order if you don't pay. You will need to pay full price for what ever you choose, regardless of the advertised price. Never using them again !!!!

Selling items you don't stock, ie taking money for something you don't have, something that you can't even estimate when you might have, something that suppliers say is discontinued / out-of-print and that you will probably never have, is not cool

Ordered goods and received the wrong item, when I contacted Zatu games received an abrupt e-mail saying that I would have to return the goods before they would discuss the matter further. Returned the goods on 12th April using the post office return and am still awaiting acknowledgement, any response or a refund. Terrible service, will not be buying from Zatu games again.

My Order was placed on 21/11/2020 and I am still waiting for the games, half year!!!! I can't believe that and one of the games is a birthday present!!! I sent 5 emails, and just they replied to me the first time and I had called them by phone 4 times! Spending my time and my money. Nobody is contact with me and get me a solution.

I purchased a re-stock board game knowing it would take approximately 2 months to arrive. After 10 weeks with zero correspondence from Zatu with regards to any update I phone up and learn that it would be at least another 4-5 weeks. Not good enough, bought multiple games previously but will reconsider going forward.

Cant review the product as I never got it! Yet again I've had a product shipped to me with really bad packaging. Item was sent using a fold over end box that wasn't secured resulting in a heavy item (Gaming Coins) falling out in transit and going missing. I've contacted customer support 3 times now and nothing back. You guys really need to sort out your packaging.

I have cancelled my subscription, but they are still charging me monthly and sending me a subscription. In the future if a board game is available at another retailer, I will use them instead.

Seems like a great company to buy from with really fast despatch times, but when you buy an expensive boardgame for your wife's birthday AND THE NAME OF THE GAME IS PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DELIVERY BOX, it really spoils the gift! I'll stick to Amazon for gifts.

I am sorry you found our packaging less than subtle. We try to use boxes that the products came to us in for environmental reasons. However, your feedback is important to us and we have passed this on to the relevant teams.

If your after pokemon TCG stay away from this store they charge nearly double rrp absolute disgrace!

Really poor service. The little money saved was lost in time and anger. Customer service only responds once a day with very basic responses. The return service is terrible and inefficient and today I had to contact them again because after a week that the returned product was delivered to them they did not refund me. Stay away. There are so many other honest online sellers out there, but this company doesn't deserve your money. If the product is delivered to you, great, otherwise you risk losing your money.

I live in Spain and bought a board game online, at delivery they asked 50% of the total price in custom. I wrote to Zatu Game to know why I was never told about that beforehand. The answer is "Zatu Games will be operating under DDU (delivery duty unpaid) Incoterms 2020 for our EU customers." so, you will need to pay extra to get your items. It is not specified anywhere, You just get the surprise when you received the item... I'm never buying from the UK again, Brexit was a great idea...

Very disappointing overall. Bought a game for my son's B'Day(21 Feb) on 16 Feb with 48 hours tracked delivery to make sure that he gets what he wished for. The wrong game was delivered on Friday, the 19th, agreed with the customer care person that if I will return it on Friday and send them the receipt they will send a replacement straight away for it to arrive on time for my son's B'Day. Called on Monday, 22nd customer care they said the replacement will be sent within 20 days as per the terms, which was never mentioned when called earlier.

We got a delivery after Xmas and one of the games was badly dented. I sent ZATU a message, then 2 weeks later a follow up, and they haven't contacted me yet. I had patiently waited for the delivery since UKGE2020 and I am very disappointed with ZATUs Service.

Ordered 5 Blister Pokemon packs that on the website displayed you got the XY Evolutions packs. After ordering they changed picture and description and sent out storm siege. Emailed them and got a terrible response saying to return the items and nothing to do with them changing the item after I ordered even though they know they did it as they called it a ‘issue’ they are looking into. Not offering to replace them with the correct ones. Now ignoring my emails. Would never use again.
