“Have tried to contact multiple times about my order not being dispatched and assume I won't be getting it for Christmas. Over £100 spent too, terrible customer service!”

“I ordered 8 days ago and items were not even dispatched yet. It was the fastest option for delivery and it was showing that it will be delivered in a few days, but it didn't even move. Also, they don't even bother to write back. I am really disappointed.”

“I ordered 5 games 6 days ago, none of them have been sent because one is "awaiting pre-order" however the website not only says that there are 5 in stock but it's 4 Euro cheaper then I've been charged! I have sent several emails with no real response. If this is handled tomorrow when they open the store again I will cancel the order. So far I'm very very disappointed.”

“was told my order had been delivered. was given the tracking number and seen that it was a complete different town!!!!! when emailed, they first said it was delivered, then when told it has been delivered to a complete different town they then emailed back saying my items were pre orders. So, how can the items be sent and be pre orders at the same time??? Now going through paypal to get nearly £700 back from them!!!”

“Terrible customer service. My order from them was dispatched but never received. When I emailed Zatu about this, they took over a week to reply and then insisted on 'opening an investigation'. The company has never contacted me again with the outcome of that investigation and three months later the issue remains unresolved.”

“Its been 4 days since I ordered and it still hasn't even left the shop, iv ordered items that were out of stock here with other shops 1 and 2 days later and they have all arrived. So there's no excuse.”

“How about no Customer Service? Emails are deleted without beeing read, when u call them, they tell u to write on Facebook, and on Facebook they opently clarify that noone is monitioring the messanges! Delivery even to a oversee country is estimated about 10 days and u do NOT get what u orderd, BUT they charge ur creditcard without hesitation!”

“Ordered an item that was in stock on the website, 10 days past no emails from them about item being dispatched, tried to call email and when I finally got a hold of someone they told me the item was out of stock and had no new date for a restock! How the can take money for items they don’t have is ridiculous. I have asked for a refund but I will no doubt have to cash this up! AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Pre-ordering with Zats'u is a joke. 2 times they took and preorder and then just when the item supposed to be release they contact me to say that they have no stock. They are unreliable to do preorders with.”

“Great prices, but poor customer service when things go wrong. During their lengthy Black Friday website outage, they managed to lose all of my discount vouchers on an order and failed to provide any sort of update or response to issues. No response to emails and then tried to raise the prices on the items that were in limbo in my shopping basket. I've decided to purchase elsewhere in future as having a reliable service and not wasting my time is far more important that saving a few £s.”

“Placed a restock pre-order back in July, still not been restocked and Zatu can't tell me when they will have the stock. I wouldn't really mind BUT they are happy to take the money even though they can't give me a delivery date. This is appalling customer service.”

“Ordered 3 games on a Saturday evening, within less than 12 hours one of the games was £10 cheaper. Was told the goods were dispatched (on the Sunday morning) so they could not refund but they did not arrive until Wednesday. I asked for a credit note, no reply. I have checked my spam box. Disappointing customer service.”
