Ordered one thing, received another, and Customer Service is dodgy. Would send me an email with a link that doesn't work for international purchases, then when I pointed this out twice they said they "attached a label" when there was nothing attached but their logo. Then I'd get a different Rep who starts me over at square one and pulls the similar stunts. And the ONLY reason they started responding to me after ignoring me for weeks at first, was because I had to open a case against them with Paypal. If you don't want to do international returns, then say that then before I buy something from your website, OR send the correct item the first time. I just want to send the wrong item back and receive a refund since they don't actually have the original item I purchased. It's like pulling teeth with this company.

Really bad service from Zatu games. Ordered 2 board games 3 weeks ago. Still not dispatched. Spent 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a member of staff on the phone and she assured me they would be sent next day. There was no response to email after 4 days or FB messenger. They then only sent half my order with the mariposa game missing. So I had to spend half an hour on the phone again. To be told it would be shipped next day. 2 days later I am now being told the game is out of stock and they won’t know when they will receive more. Thank you for wasting my time Zatu!

I made an order to Zatu on the Black Friday. And several weeks later, we are still waiting! As the Zatu webpage was working SO SO bad the order I made was duplicated. I emailed them to cancel one of the orders, and they cancelled BOTH of them!! We have exchanged several emails with Zatu, and the worst thing is that they reply as everything was sorted out, and we still are waiting for our order!! Stupidly bad customer service.

I ordered a couple of things online for Black Friday from Zatu. The webpage was working SO, SO, SOOOO bad that the order was duplicated. I emailed them to cancel the order that I didn't want to and they cancelled the order I was interested in!!!! And after several weeks and several emails I am still waiting.... I am a patient person. There is no rush at all (BF is super busy and I understand it). BUT this is getting to a stupid point. And every email that I sent it is replied (after several days) like everything was all sorted, and it isn't.... AT ALL!!! Null and worst customer service I have seen in a VERY long time!!

I ordered 2 elite mystery boxes as according to website you will never receive the same game twice. Well I got 2 IDENTICAL boxes. To say I am disappointed and wasted my money is an understatement.

I do not believe that in 2020 an online store with a 4.8 rating can afford not to respond to a customer about his order for 5 days. I placed my order on 6.12 (now 15.12) and the status of my order is still pending. Support answered me 5 days later after I asked what happened to my parcel (today!). In the letter, Zatu team told me that my package has been sent. I asked to change the status of the order in the account and give me a tracking number. There is still no answer. Again.

No confirmation of dispatch over a week after ordering, and no sign of the order which was due to arrive within 3-5 business days. I have emailed to ask for an update and am told 5 working days for a response.

Have tried to contact multiple times about my order not being dispatched and assume I won't be getting it for Christmas. Over £100 spent too, terrible customer service!

I ordered 8 days ago and items were not even dispatched yet. It was the fastest option for delivery and it was showing that it will be delivered in a few days, but it didn't even move. Also, they don't even bother to write back. I am really disappointed.

I ordered 5 games 6 days ago, none of them have been sent because one is "awaiting pre-order" however the website not only says that there are 5 in stock but it's 4 Euro cheaper then I've been charged! I have sent several emails with no real response. If this is handled tomorrow when they open the store again I will cancel the order. So far I'm very very disappointed.

Very disappointed the service. I could not get my order because delivered to wrong address but I was charged postage. Just got refund without postage. Very poor service.

was told my order had been delivered. was given the tracking number and seen that it was a complete different town!!!!! when emailed, they first said it was delivered, then when told it has been delivered to a complete different town they then emailed back saying my items were pre orders. So, how can the items be sent and be pre orders at the same time??? Now going through paypal to get nearly £700 back from them!!!

Terrible customer service. My order from them was dispatched but never received. When I emailed Zatu about this, they took over a week to reply and then insisted on 'opening an investigation'. The company has never contacted me again with the outcome of that investigation and three months later the issue remains unresolved.

Its been 4 days since I ordered and it still hasn't even left the shop, iv ordered items that were out of stock here with other shops 1 and 2 days later and they have all arrived. So there's no excuse.
