Shipping to the Netherlands was a failure, did not arrive and was stuck at the delivery point, which was. a present for my son's birthday. I contacted the Zatu team who tried to help, but I did not hear back after they said they would follow up. I had to contact the Parcel Force delivery service who then blamed the long shipping time on the local postal service. This may be the case, but they (and Zatu) should be proactive in making sure the delivery is successful. Unfortunately, this experience was very negative, and for the price of shipping I would expect this to not be an issue.

Ordered an expensive game. Was sent the wrong game that cost £70 less at least. Customer service really poor to try and help me resolve. Called up immeidately when me delivery arrived and it was wrong. Was asked to email. No response to my emails despite several chaser emails. Tried online chat and was assured it would be looked at ASAP. Still waiting. Made over 30 orders here. Don't feel like a valued customer at all and feel ripped off as they won't be able to deliver on the product they promised in the first place. Really poor customer service. Plenty of other board game shops out there. Won't be using Zatu again. Happy to take my money but as soon as there's an issue I get ignored.

Orde has not arrived after 6 days. No tracking number. No response to email. Left hanging for 20 mins on the phone and then got disconnected.

Such appalling customer communication - I ordered a game and was promised delivery two days later. When it didn't arrive I contacted Zatu the following day and was told it was still in transit to the ZATU depot and wouldn't be with me for another three days. I was not impressed and said I wanted to cancel the order (it was a birthday present and would be too late). I then bought another copy - only for the Zatu order to arrive that same afternoon, two hours after the customer service woman had told me it hadn't even reached their depot. Deeply annoying as I now have two games and have to go to all the hassle of returning one.

I have sent in a request asking about the status of Vampire the Masquerade Chapters several days ago now and Zatu have failed to have any contact with their customers on this matter. Other services have been able to ship out their copies and each few months Zatu push the date back. I think they have oversold the units and do not wish to admit fault. It may be time to refund people or at least provide people with updates via email. I'm particularily stressed at this time as I am due to move out of the country at the end of December and it seems like it is unlikely I will ever be able to receive this game despite them having on their site at the time of buying that it would be ready in July. I understand this is out of their hands but communication with customers goes a long way and so far my first use of Zatu has not been a pleasant one.

I ordered boardgame which was on stock. I spent waiting 14 days till I canceled the order. I asked after 1st week what is the status - transfer between storages. I asked 2nd week about status - transfer between storages. Day after I asked to cancel my order where assistant told me that boardgame I have ordered will be available at the end of the month. As I am from Czech Republic I may understand that is easier to deliver within UK. But lying me about status and availability is not mature at all. Not mentioning that game almost same as tax and delivery ... Never more, I better wait till it reach our "Moneky mountains Czech rep." then rely on order from this shop.

To those who are international customers, please note that they do NOT collect taxes or duties. You may have a surprise bill when your item arrives, and their prices are NOT the lowest out there.

Hello, Thanks for contacting us. Through our IOSS scheme all customers in the EU are eligible to pay tax through our website and not have to pay tax when this arrives with them. I am sorry that we are not able to do this for our Canadian customers. Best wishes, Helena Zatu Games

Item was ordered and I paid extra for next day delivery but the order wasn't given to courier until the day after ordering (website said 'order in the next 2 hours to get next day delivery'). Courier sent the item back due to damage without my input. Cancelled as I found something similar in a local shop. Zatu won't refund until they receive the item despite me having no say on the cancelled delivery. No reason for my money to be on hold at this stage. Second order in the same week I had also paid for next day delivery but, again, wasn't sent until the day after despite meeting the deadline. Customer service either takes a fair few days to reply or doesn't reply full stop.

Abslutely awful. I ordered a game a month ago and it got lost with their delivery company, Yodel. Fine, it happens, but they made me wait for Yodel to return it, which took a week, then assured me they were sending another. Every time I called there was some kind of problem but they eventually said it was being sent. I wait another week only for them to have no record of that call so they're now finally sending another one. After every call I requested email confirmation that they were sending the package and the new tracking number and they never sent one until today. Today was a different person on the phone, maybe that's why. I was literally straight up lied to by one of the people on the phone. It took 7 phone calls since a month ago to finally get them to send me the game.

Failed to inform me that they couldn't deliver my item. Failed to respond to my email asking why they hadn't delivered. They did respond to my phone call eventually. Poor. Will not use again.

I placed and order for my brothers Birthday for Binding Of Issac, I was aware it was a restock order at the time. After 11 months I saw my brother and he reminded me of the game I ordered and had not arrived after contacting them they offered no apology just that they "Do their best to contact customers about back orders", "Usually fulfilled in 2 months". I asked for it to be swapped or refunded for the second edition which I was offered a swap but I had to ask for the difference to be refunded as it was cheaper. Incredible how shocking the service is from Zatu.

Maybe I will change my review if I receive my package. Its stock in customs and Zatu Games partners DHL and Postdanmark does not provide options to pay customs. So the package is lost for now.

The Negan baseball bat I ordered had marks on it and I sent pictures of the damage that was on it and No reply not pleased.
