Avoid this company, as they have poor customer service. If your order is not delivered, please be aware that Zatu will not take responsibility for their choice of courier failing. It is a nightmare to find a lost parcel with Yodel. If you use PayPal, you might be able to get your money back.

I ordered the game as a gift and chose a delivery date of 15 March. I expected to receive it on time. Instead, I received it on 17 March. No one informed me about the delay in delivery. After two(!) letters to support, I was told that your game will be delivered tomorrow. Terrible service and no apology - no letter, much less a discount voucher. Next time I'm going to choose another shop.

Twice I’ve been too the shop in Bowthorpe and it’s been closed when clearly the store opening times are on the door nothing on the door to say it was closed all day standing around waiting waste of time and fuel

I've been buying games from Zatu for years and they've always been amazing for price and service. But recently something has gone wrong. My last three orders have been delayed (two of them eventually cancelled when I got bored of waiting). That combined with the fact that their prices have crept up over the last few months means that they are no longer competitive in that domain either. A real shame... I've spent hundreds (maybe thousands?) of pounds with this company over the last few years and it's now very unlikely I'll be going back.

Had to cancel my order, as one of the items I ordered was coming from another warehouse and wouldn't arrive on time. I was never told, I only found out as I rung them every day to find out when my order was going to be dispatched. First I was told the product would arrive at their warehouse on Wednesday, then Thursday and now (Friday) I've been told it won't be at their warehouse till Monday, which is no use when it's for a birthday on Sunday.

I’m still waiting for the game I ordered for my grandson which means my grandson is up set , as it’s his birthday present..haven’t received a tracking number either it’s been 5 days today still waiting...

Really poor all round, placed two orders, no contact or delivery, waited upwards of 4 months, still nothing, when I called they were friendly but just kept telling me my order would be coming shortly, finally got fed up and cancelled, was told to wait between 3-5 working days for my refund, said refund still hasn’t surfaced, I called up to check on it and they said it would be in today, surprisingly it still is not. Had friends also wait months for their orders, personally I will never use them again. If you don’t have the stock and have no idea when you’re getting the stock you shouldn’t be advertising products and taking peoples money.

Telephone numbers don't work. Emailed 4 times. No response. Not the way to run a company. My order says delivered. But not to me. And no one helping. So even 1 star is too high. Maybe it will change if I ever got a response or my goods.

Can’t fault the product. The service however…not great. Paid extra on Wednesday for next day delivery (Thursday). Nothing came until Saturday (3 days later). Messaged via support requesting a refund for the postage on Thursday (when it became obvious it wasn’t going to be rcvd)…still not heard anything from them. Messaged them again on Friday when the item still wasn’t rcvd. Still heard nothing from them. Either they are busy dealing with lots of complaints or they don’t check their support forms. Either way, wont be shopping here again. I would answer the questions about communicating with the company but thus far they haven’t responded. P.S… give me my postage refund.

Never before have I wasted so much time on something so unprofessionally handled. Do not waste your time on this site! One month after the arrival date this company has not even had the decency to sent me an email explaining their utter lack of competence in the one task they have been given. Truly abysmal service on every front.

I have never had an issue using Zatu Games at all in the past, and actually defended them when they received complaints online. NO MORE. Having ordered two games from them over two weeks ago with delivery via Yodel, the games turned up, the driver dumped the package outside my front porch (which is open for deliveries) took there picture THEN pressed the video doorbell and literally ran back to the van and buggered off giving me no chance to answer. The package surprise surprise was missing five hours later when I returned home. I immediately contacted ZATU to get the balls in motion for them to make a claim against yodel and replace my missing items. 10 days later I am sick of waiting so email for an update. 2 days later I receive an email with the picture from yodel and am basically told this was a safe place and that I need to check with my neighbours. SO BASICALLY , kept me waiting over a week to tell me EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD YOU IN MY FIRST EMAIL TO YOU useless morons. A great fall from grace from one of UK's FORMER beat games suppliers. Now I am firmly on the side of anyone that wants to give the negative reviews they so rightly deserve.

I made an order (#1002482001) that was sent promptly but there was 1 item missing. After reporting the issue I had to wait several days before hearing from anyone then when my query was seen to, I was told to wait a further 48hrs for an "investigation" to be launched into what happened and nothing came of this. It took me calling the team and having an agent over the phone see the issue who then made a new order to send out my missing item. This was such a poor error on your part and has really dissuaded me from using your services ever again, such bad decisions on made on the customer service end here that had me feeling like I was made out to be lying about my missing item. The right thing to do would have been to apologize and send a replacement straight away. I am left feeling very disappointed and let down by the experience when I have found using Zatu to be so highly rated in the past.

Placed an order on the 25th of January with an ETA for 6th of February. They didn't send the order to Royal Mail 'til 31st of January despite their own 24h policy. Parcel has been stuck in the Royal Mail Office in Norwich for the last 3 weeks. I've been asking for a refund with no succes. They answer to emails with a delay of 2-3 days.

Absolutely terrible Customer Service, probably one of the worst ive come across for online stores! First they sent me a damaged game, instead of a new game that I purchased, secondly, there customer service is horrendous, they are really slow to respond and my case went on with them for about 4 weeks, in the end all they did was sent me a discount voucher code! I Would advice anyone who is thinking of ordering from them to STOP straight away and use a much more reliable store online such as Amazon or Chaos-Cards.
