Did not get the correct game ordered hitman 3 and got guardian of the galaxy was not very happy as then I had to send the game back and sort out all the label printing when it was there fault how you can send a completely different game is beyond me

The customer service has been extremely poor. My order is still missing eleven days after it was meant to have been delivered and Zatu have been very slow in arranging redelivery or a refund.

I haven't received my delivery yet. It was supposed to be delivered to our holiday let on the first day but it hasn't arrived. We are leaving on Friday and I'm not sure what to do if it doesn't come by tomorrow! We arranged for 2 day delivery with Yodel. I even web chatted to them on the app provided to give further delivery options.

They haven't sent out my 1st order, only my second. I've emailed them numerous times with no response. I've filled in the 'contact us' form on the website with no response as well. My advice is to stay away. Do not use & avoid, avoid, avoid!! Horrendous experience. No customer care or service. They've taken my money - con artists!!! Look at your emails Zatu!!

Ordered and paid for the core game and three sets to go with it on the 16th July, we are now at the 21st July and still not processed and dispatched? Nothing from Zatu to explain what is going on despite raising two customer service tickets over the last two days. Not a good experience.

Beware of Backorders, I ordered an item on backorder in September 2022 and had to initiate contact for updates and prompt them, every time to get pushed down the road. this went on consistently until April this year when I was told July was the date. July came ad no contact, on the 13th July I, once again, initiated contact only to be told that there was no update from the suppliers and that the "Content Page" will be updated... NOT ME THE CONTENT PAGE! Not once was I offered a refund or any other solution other than wait, I'm pretty furious especially in the last contacts I have received, never shopping here again!

After ordering, Zatu confirmed all items would be sent and I paid for the 48hrs royal mail delivery. Nothing from Zatu then sent and I asked for a refund on the delivery day as i took a day off from work for the delivery. 6 hours later they posted everything so their communication is awful! I won't use Zatu again!
